The Wellness Centers offer a wide range of services to meet your unique needs. As your health ally, we focus on your overall wellness through preventive care, managing chronic conditions and more, rather than simply treating the symptoms that bring you in for a sick visit. Your providers will give you the convenient, quality care you need all in one place – in-person or virtually. They are also experts in coordinating care, which means they can refer you to specialists when needed and make sure nothing is overlooked.

Primary care

We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health, including sick and preventive care and any health issues that may come up.

Our lifestyle medicine approach ensures we’re looking at the whole picture of what impacts your wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, stress, movement and more. We can encourage healthy habits to help you achieve sustainable wellness and go beyond simply treating the symptoms you bring with you to a single appointment.

Occupational health

Keeping you safe at work is a top priority, which is why we offer a full suite of occupational health services. Your providers at The Wellness Centers are here to treat work-related injuries and illnesses to help you get back to feeling well.

Our occupational health services are available for all Lockheed Martin employees and include injury diagnosis and treatment, emergency care services, medical surveillance exams, drug and alcohol testing, and return-to-work plans.

Travel medicine

At The Wellness Centers, we offer travel medicine services to help you plan for your trip and to stay well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Your travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as a specialist referral.

Wellness coaching

The Wellness Centers offer wellness coaching to focus on your overall wellbeing. Our medical professionals will meet you where you are and help you make actionable goals to build new skills and make positive lifestyle changes. 

We address a variety of lifestyle needs, including weight and stress management, nutrition coaching, physical activity routines, tobacco cessation, and more. 

Care management

You don’t have to navigate your health challenges alone. We can provide disease specific education, self-care training and condition management tactics. Your provider will support you with diet recommendations, physical activity goals, medication counseling and ongoing monitoring to manage your conditions.

Vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at The Wellness Centers. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and community. Contact your Wellness Center to learn more about vaccines available to you.

Lab services

We offer clinical lab services that include onsite testing and specimen collections for offsite processing. We are also happy to draw labs with an order from your community provider. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You may receive results electronically through your My Premise Health patient portal or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

All labs ordered by a community provider will be resulted directly to the ordering provider.
