Julie Rachel, RN, Health Center Manager

Julie Rachel is the Health Center Manager at Pipe Trades Health & Wellness Center. She has been in healthcare for over 20 years. She began her  career as a Medical Assistant and continued her career with obtaining her Nursing Degree. She has experience in Primary Care, Pediatrics and Labor and Delivery.  Julie is originally from Wisconsin and attended the University of LaCrosse. When Julie is not at work, she is enjoying time with her husband, 3 children and fur babies.

Dr. Sarah Green, DO, Family Medicine/Medical Director

Dr. Sarah Green is a board-certified osteopathic Family Medicine physician. Born and raised in Minnesota, she graduated from St. Mary’s University before obtaining her medical degree from Kansas City University. She completed her residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. After residency, she practiced in rural Tennessee before moving back to Minnesota to be closer to family. Dr. Green enjoys getting to know her patients and caring for entire families. She loves spending time with her husband and young son, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying the outdoors. 

Chris Massaro, APRN, CNP, Family Medicine

Chris Massaro, APRN, CNP is a family nurse practitioner. She received her family nurse practitioner training at the University of Kansas where received her Master of Science in Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst/Research College of Nursing.  She has been a nurse practitioner for 20+ years. Special interest in depression and anxiety.

Mike Mitchell, DPT, Physical Therapist

Mike Mitchell is our physical therapist at the Pipe Trades Services Wellness Center in Maple Grove.  He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2016.  Mike has a history of working with orthopedic injuries from all walks of life, and is very passionate about returning people to their prior levels.  In addition to the treatment, Mike likes to focus on preventative care, and collaborate to reduce future injuries from occurring.  Mike has completed continuing education courses for low back and neck pain using the Mckenzie methodology, exercise prescription, and various manual therapy techniques to help restore mobility.  Mike is very flexible and ready to meet the needs of our members, and ready to take on new appointments when available.  

Allison M. Miller, MA, LMFT, Behavioral Health Professional

Allison is a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician specializing in integrative care and behavioral health counseling. Allison completed a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in Minneapolis at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Allison has practiced in school, home, outpatient, law enforcement, and correctional settings. Her clinical interests include the full range of mental health disorders as well as life transitions, relationship conflict, stress, and connecting with people to increase motivation and encourage improved lifestyle practices. Allison enjoys being outdoors. You can find her walking her dog, playing basketball or pickleball, swimming, hiking, reading, or admiring the sunrise/sunset.

Stephen Johnson, DC, Chiropractor

Stephen Johnson is the chiropractor at the Premise Health Clinic in Maple Grove.  He graduated from Northwestern Chiropractic college in Bloomington MN in 1992. He was in private practice for 25 years before joining the Pipe Trades Maple Grove clinics 5 years ago.  He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions such as back, neck and headache pain but has special interest in treating long-standing chronic issues and extremity pain such as TMJ issues, plantar fascitis, arm and leg pain as well as occupational and sports related injuries. He is advanced rated in the instrument assisted Activator Methods technique.
