Patient Care Philosophy:

I am dedicated to listening to my patients and helping them understand their medical conditions. I feel health & wellness is very important to their health journey and I look forward to assisting them to achieve their goals and understand its importance. In my view educating the patient gives them the tools to make an informed decision and can take active roles in their care. We can then work together to optimize their care and outcomes. My greatest reward comes from having patients feeling better and living happier.

How I stay well:

I enjoy hiking, traveling, yoga, pickle ball, and meditation. I love to cook and find recipes to try out monthly.

He almost always gives a comprehensive home exercise program so his patients can progress even when not in formal physical therapy sessions.

I have a passion for healthy eating and holistic medicine. In my free time, I study earth-grown foods, explore different recipes, juicing for healing and teaching others how to heal with foods. I also love traveling to tropical locations, being out in the sun and relaxing. My time with my family is important to me, it keeps me well-balanced and refreshed daily.
