This convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted provider during our regular business hours. You can talk to us by video or phone on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com.
A few reasons to schedule a virtual visit for your primary care needs:
- Follow-up appointment or to review test results
- Cough, fever or sore throat
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
- Cold, flu, COVID-19 or allergy symptoms
- Stomachache, headache or earache
In addition to primary care, you can also be seen virtually for:
- Physical therapy
- Chiropractic care
- Mental health
- Care management
*Depending on your care needs, your provider may request that you schedule an in-person visit in place of a virtual appointment.
