The wellness programs awaiting you at your Fiserv Wellness Center

Your health goals are within reach.

All wellness programs are a free benefit open to full-time Fiserv associates and their medically enrolled dependents ages 18+ on a Fiserv insurance plan. Programs are available virtually or in person based on your location, preference and availability.

Beyond Weight

The Beyond Weight Program is designed to help support your weight goals in a healthy and sustainable way for long-term success. Our wellness team partners with you to provide a personalized care plan for 12 months.

Visits with your Premise healthcare provider and frequency are based on your needs (physical exam, required labs, assessments, medication management). Quarterly visits are typical for most members. Monthly visits are required for members who qualify for weight loss medications or are seeking bariatric surgery.

To ensure your success, one-on-one monthly visits with your Care Manager RN or Wellness Coach are scheduled to help you:

  • Focus more deeply on goal setting
  • Simplify nutrition and meal planning
  • Increase movement
  • Assess sleep
  • Manage stress
  • Make lasting lifestyle changes

In addition, you’ll get weekly resources to keep your goals top of mind.

This program starts and ends with a biometric screening so that you can accurately track your progress. The first step is to schedule an appointment at the wellness center. Talk to your provider about your goals and concerns to ensure the program is right for you.

The Diabetes Program and Diabetes Prevention Program

The Diabetes Program and Diabetes Prevention Program can help you prevent, reverse and live well with Type 2 Diabetes. Get individualized support and take control of your health. Our wellness team partners with you to provide a personalized care plan. We spend time with you to ensure you understand how to improve and simplify managing diabetes. 

Learn how making small lifestyle changes to your daily routine can help you get, stay and be well.

Balancing Cholesterol Program

The Balancing Cholesterol Program helps participants understand dyslipidemia and make informed lifestyle and treatment choices. Dyslipidemia is when a person’s lipid levels are too high or low and means your cholesterol and/or triglyceride concentrations need attention. When you work with our care team, we will help you to get within a healthy range and support you along your journey to ensure you can self-manage for a lifetime.

Lower Blood Pressure Naturally

Manage your blood pressure through personalized wellness coaching, expert nutrition advice, proactive Care Management and convenient appointments to help you lower your blood pressure and improve your overall health.

Hypertension is the medical term used to describe high blood pressure. Your blood pressure measures how hard your blood pushes on your blood vessels. If it pushes too hard, it may damage the vessels and increase your risk of heart attack and stroke. It is sometimes called the “silent killer” because many people do not experience signs or symptoms.

Your expert team is committed to integrating lifestyle medicine into every line of service. Lifestyle medicine is a safe, inexpensive and evidence-based treatment option.
