Dr. Rommana Aziz, DO
Plano Wellness Center Director

Dr. Aziz has over 15 years of Family Medicine experience both in primary and acute care. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about preventive care and places an emphasis on treating the whole person, not just the disease.

Michele Perkins, MA
Medical Assistant

Michele is from Detroit, MI and she has 40+ years of experience in the healthcare field. She is a certified Medical Assistant and has experience in pediatrics, cardiology, respiratory, and family practice.

Michele enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her family. Her hobbies include cooking and traveling.

A fun fact about Michele, she is also a licensed beautician.

Kristin Harris MS, RD, LD, CHWC –
Wellness Coach & Registered Dietician
Frisco, TX

Kristin is a registered dietitian and wellness coach based at Fiserv’s Frisco location. She provides personalized nutrition consultations and wellness coaching services to Fiserv associates and medically covered dependents over the age of 18.

Kristin holds a Master of Science degree in dietetics. In her 25+ years of experience, she has worked in nationally recognized hospitals and wellness centers. She specializes in cardiovascular wellness and has received a specialty certification in Training in Adult Weight Management accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition, she has a certification in Culinary Health Education Fundamentals (CHEF) from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine through Harvard Medical School. She received her wellness coaching certification from WellCoaches.

Kristin is married and has twin sons. When she’s not working, she enjoys healthy and delicious meals, traveling and walking outside in nature.
