The Warner Bros. Discovery Health & Wellness Center offers a wide range of services to meet your unique needs. We focus on your overall wellness through preventive care, managing chronic conditions and more, rather than simply treating the symptoms that bring you in for a sick visit. Our providers will give you the convenient, quality care you need all in one place – in-person or via telehealth. If a specialist referral is needed, our team will coordinate the details and transfer of care.

Primary Care

We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health and preventive care. Your primary care provider will get to know you, so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. The best part? You can schedule same-day, next-day and virtual appointments and message your provider on your secure patient portal, My Premise Health. Mental Health*

We believe that your mental and emotional wellbeing are just as important as your physical health. With our mental health counseling services, you can get the support you need. Our licensed behavioral health professionals will actively work as part of your care team to support your overall health while making you feel safe and comfortable. 

With a blended approach of counseling techniques and evidence-based talk therapy, our mental health counseling services services include your WBD Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and covers anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, grief, adjustment challenges, work/life balance, family conflicts, sleep issues, and more. You’re not alone. Get the support you need.

Travel medicine consults

We offer travel medicine services to help you plan for your trip and to stay well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral. We ask that all travel medicine consults be scheduled at least one week in advance.

Women's health

Women have unique healthcare needs. Your provider will spend time getting to know you to best understand your health goals. They’ll come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health. Along with general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health: breast cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), counseling for interpersonal and domestic violence, LGBTQ+ care, comprehensive family care, and education for self-awareness.

Care management*

You don’t have to navigate your health alone. With our condition management services, you can get the support you need to manage your conditions and take control of your health. 

Our Care Management RN will work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet your unique care needs for chronic conditions that include asthma, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, diabetes and pre-diabetes, low back pain and more. We provide one-on-one coaching and preventive and ongoing monitoring to manage your conditions to help you stay well.

Routine vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. Your provider can determine which vaccines are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk in to get your vaccines.

Lab services

To support your needs, we offer clinical lab services that include onsite point of care testing, blood draws, and specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health patient portal or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

We can perform and process the following point of care lab tests onsite: glucose or lipid testing, hemoglobin A1C, rapid strep testing, influenza testing, COVID-19 antigen testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings, and rapid mono testing.

Wellness coaching*

We offer wellness coaching to help you focus on your  total wellbeing. Our certified wellness coaches can help address a variety of lifestyle needs, including weight and stress management, nutrition coaching, physical activity routines, tobacco cessation, work/life balance and life satisfaction. 

Our coaches will meet you where you are to help you  create actionable goals, build new skills and make positive lifestyle changes. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and can take place in-person or via telehealth.

Nutrition*

Healthy eating isn’t a trend, and it’s not one-size-fits-all. Learning to nourish your body from the inside out with foods that fuel and energize you is a long-term strategy for life.

Care Excellence

If you’re struggling to get a diagnosis or battling a rare, complex condition, your Premise Health provider can help. Our partnership with Mayo Clinic offers you access to specialized care.

If medically appropriate, your provider will refer you to the Mayo Clinic for evaluation and/or specialized treatment. Your Mayo specialist and your provider at your wellness center will work closely to coordinate your ongoing care.

[If you decide to go to the Mayo Clinic, all travel and lodging are covered and conveniently arranged for you and one caregiver. Pharmacy

Care Management

Care management offers guided support when you need it most. Whether you’re juggling multiple conditions or just need a little extra support getting your health in check, your care manager is here to help.

You have a dedicated care manager available through your wellness center. As a licensed nurse, they’ll work with your care team to provide [personalized plans, coaching, education and ongoing monitoring and follow-ups] throughout your care journey. Through hands-on guidance and regular check-ins, they can help with a range of health concerns and conditions, including [diabetes, cancer, Lupus, hypertension, mental health issues or any other health challenge or condition that may require a need for frequent touchpoints with your care team].

If you receive an abnormal test result, are told by a provider in your community that you need major surgery or experience some other serious health issue, you may benefit from a second opinion. Your providers at [Wellness Center Name] can offer that through Premise Health’s partnership with Mayo Clinic. They’re able to virtually consult with specialists at Mayo to review your medical record and come up with a recommended treatment plan for your specific health concern. Your provider will then share the outcome of that conversation with you to help you navigate your care plan and any next steps.
