Donna Jackson, Registered Nurse and Group Health Center Manager

Donna Jackson is a registered nurse with an associate degree in nursing. She graduated from Oakwood University (formerly Oakwood College) in 1979. In her 44 years of experience, Donna has enjoyed caring for people and finds it very rewarding to watch her patients take control of their health and healthcare. 

During her spare time, Donna loves interior decorating and working for the church. She has a passion for music, which she expresses through her piano playing, singing, and position as choral director. 

Patricia Kendrick, Nurse Practitioner

Patricia Kendrick is a state-certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Emergency Nursing and Family Practice Nursing. In 2012, she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Patricia is passionate about her work and focuses her efforts on being a source of kindness to those who need it. 

During her off time, Patricia loves resting with her family and is always trying to learn new things. She is an avid sewer and makes clothing for children, plus crochets, embroiders with her sewing machine and weaves on her loom. 

Kaye Anne Starosciak, Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coach

Kaye Anne Starosciak is a registered and licensed dietitian with a masters in nutrition, as well as board certifications in wellbeing coaching and lifestyle medicine. In 1995, she graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics, and in 2022 with a master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Georgia. With nearly 30 years of experience in her field, Kaye Anne is passionate about how food can heal and fuel the body. She meets her clients where they are and supports them in learning ways to incorporate nourishing both big and small healthy habits into their lifestyle. 

Kaye Anne spends her spare time with family and friends. She loves running outside and travels for destination marathons. 

Linda Brooks, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Linda Brooks is a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in her field. She received her Master of Social Work in 2010 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and completed her PhD in Depth Psychology with Emphasis on Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute, California in 2016. During her time in her field, Linda has been continually inspired by the benefits of therapy and loves working with people to help them live their best lives. 

In her free time, Linda loves the outdoors, being physically active and indulging in her hobbies, including photography, sewing and lots of DIY. 

Crystal Flowers, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant

Crystal Flowers is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant with 13 years of experience in her field. In 2010, she received her associate degree and CNA license from Westwood College and has also been certified in Current Procedural Terminology. Crystal is inspired by being able to assist others, put a smile on people’s faces, and help them facilitate their healthcare needs. 

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being with her family.  

Mia Green, Certified Medical Assistant

Mia Green graduated from Atlanta Area Tech in 1999 with her Certified Medical Assistant degree. Mia is a natural nurturer and, after being in the field for 24 years, continues to be inspired to help patients when they are not feeling their best. From her patients’ good days to their bad, she enjoys making them smile. 

When she isn’t working, Mia enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her fur baby, Zeke. She also loves going to her step aerobics classes and traveling.
