Michelle Seo, Family Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Seo is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from University of Southern California in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, as well as a Master of Science in Advance Nurse Practice. After 11 years as a nurse and 2 years as a nurse practitioner, Michelle continues to be inspired to give high-quality care to her patients and enjoys watching them improve. 

In her free time, Michelle likes to travel with her husband, as well as cook new recipes. 

Sujey De La Trinidad, Group Health Center Manager

Sujey De La Trinidad has an extensive background of 20 years in the medical field. She is state certified as a medical assistant and holds a CAOHC Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. Sujey attended Ventura College and received her nursing assistant and medical assistant credentials in 1995. She will be pursuing her bachelor’s in healthcare business administration at WGU in the fall of 2023. Sujey is passionate about people and taking care of them. Inspired by her personal experience with her first-born, Randy, she loves being able to help those in need and appreciates that it’s unlike any other profession.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, meditating and journaling.

Irene Zaldivar, Certified Medical Assistant

As a certified medical assistant, Irene Zaldivar has three years of experience in her field. She attended Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California, and graduated in 2020, as a certified clinical medical assistant (CCMA) and a physical therapy aid (PTA). Irene was inspired to pursue this career by her own personal experience with her mother, who has chronic autoimmune disease. She’s also inspired by helping people overcome illnesses. 

Outside of work, Irene likes to participate in Pilates classes, hike and spend time in the sun with nature.
