With providers licensed in every state available 24/7/365, you can still get seen when on the go and during nights, weekends and holidays.

Virtual primary care cannot provide diagnostic treatment for Pipe Trades members on Medicare Advantage plans; only triage and guidance are available. This service is not available for Medicare/BCBS Advantage Plan members.

Skip the extra trip to the pharmacy. You can get your medications at no additional cost directly from your provider during a visit. Schedule an appointment, discuss your health needs and leave with your medication in hand.

We carry close to 200 medications, including over-the-counter options. You can even get up to a 90-day supply for ongoing prescriptions. When you’re about to run out of your medication, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider.

Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours.
