David Fink, D.O.
Dr. Fink has 31 years of experience as a Board-Certified Family Physician. He has practiced in a wide range of settings, including office-based, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, house calls, academics, and telemedicine. He completed his Residency at UMDNJ-SOM (Rowan University SOM). Dr. Fink also earned a Master’s Degree in Medical Informatics, from the ATSU-Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has had a strong interest the application of Computer Science/Information Technology in the clinical care of patients. He is grounded in the Osteopathic Philosophy and considers all aspects of the patient (body, mind, spirit), not just the patient’s symptoms. He encourages healthy lifestyle changes in both maintaining good health and in disease management, such as nutritional, physical activity, restorative sleep, and stress management. He enjoys exercising, attending live music venues, and traveling.

Brenton J. Priest, DO, MA
Dr. Brenton Priest is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician, certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. As an active member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association in District #3 (Central Florida), and he strives to provide up-to-date evidence-based medicine. Offering comprehensive health care for people of all ages, from newborns to seniors and has special interests in preventive care, health education, LGBTQ+ health, and minor procedures.
Dr. Priest earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Missouri and holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics from KCU. He completed residency in Tulsa at The Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. His bachelor’s degree is in religious studies from The University of Oklahoma in Norman.
In his free time, Dr. Priest enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the theme parks, beach days, and traveling.

Nicole Rice, RN
Nicole Rice, RN, lives in Tomahawk, Wisconsin and has worked as a registered nurse in various environments and roles. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rasmussen College. Most recently, Nicole worked in a Trauma III Emergency Department/Urgent Care as a charge nurse. She has also been a House Supervisor and Emergency Department nurse in a Critical Access hospital. In these roles, Nicole has been Trauma-certified in both adults and pediatrics, gained a great deal of urgent and family care experience, as well as aided in the management of long-term healthcare.
Nicole’s experiences as a bedside nurse, critical care nurse and nurse educator have all shaped her career to work with families and teach them about maximizing their health. Her desire is to assist with expanding and providing patient and family-centered care by supporting their healthcare goals.
In Nicole’s leisure time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and two children. She loves doing projects around her house, gardening and anything to do with the outdoors, such as hunting and fishing with her family.
