David Fink, D.O.

Dr. Fink has 31 years of experience as a Board-Certified Family Physician.

 

He has practiced in a wide range of settings, including office-based, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, house calls, academics, and telemedicine. Completed his Residency at UMDNJ-SOM (Rowan University SOM).  

 

Dr. Fink earned a Master’s Degree in Medical Informatics, from the ATSU-Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has had a strong interest the application of Computer Science/Information Technology in the clinical care of patients.  

 

He is grounded in the Osteopathic Philosophy and considers all aspects of the patient (body, mind, spirit), not just the patient’s symptoms. He encourages healthy lifestyle changes in both maintaining good health and in disease management, such as nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, and stress management.  

 

He enjoys exercising, attending live music venues, and traveling.

Dennis R. King, M.D.

Dr. King is from Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in psychology. He then went on for his master’s degree in clinical psychology at San Diego State University.

 

Following graduation, he worked in mental health as a psychological examiner doing assessment and counseling for a number of years and ultimately became the executive director of a community mental health center along with a private practice. He also taught college level psychology classes.

 

After a time, he went back to medical school in order to broaden the range of services he could provide his patients. He graduated from Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago in the Dominican Republic and went on to do a family medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He was chosen as chief resident in his final year. He continued on with the residency program as an instructor and assistant professor for several years. He then went on to practice family medicine in Chattanooga, TN, Lexington, KY, South Deerfield, MA, Atlanta, GA, and Knoxville, TN.

 

Dr. King is married to his wife who is also in the medical field as a nurse practitioner. They have two grown sons and three beautiful grandchildren.

 

Dr. King likes to spend time with his family and his two golden retrievers. He enjoys travel, a healthy lifestyle, collecting books and art, and playing his guitars.

Jhessica Chandler, RN

Jhessica Chandler, RN, is a Registered Nurse who earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. In her 13 years of nursing, Jhessica has experience working in different children’s hospitals aiding babies and children with heart defects in the Cardiac ICU. She has also spent many years in local community hospital ICU’s as a charge nurse, staff nurse, and travel nurse. She was awarded the Virginians Speak Up for Safety Award, which recognizes and speaks up for healthcare workers in Virginia hospitals who identify potential situations for harm in their work environments. 

Jhessica thrives on helping her patients reach their health goals. She states, “Being a nurse is a combination of critical thinking and making a personal connection with your patients. Those are pieces that I love to connect while getting to know the person sitting in front of me.” Jhessica loves to spend time with her family, traveling, listening to Korean and Japanese pop music, and watching Korean dramas. She enjoys volunteering in her ministry work helping others not just physically as a nurse, but spiritually when she’s off duty. Jhessica is looking forward to adopting a kitten in the near future to add adventure to her home.
