Tammi Black, RN, HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Care Manager

Tammi has dedicated her life to helping others, blending compassion with a strong desire to make a difference. As a registered nurse, she has been able to pair her clinical expertise with her deep commitment to patient care. Tammi earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and went on to work as a therapist, serving both adults and children. She later became the Director of a local mental health facility, where she provided leadership and advocated for community wellness.

Sonya Knox, RN, HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Sonya received her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Troy University. Sonya has previous experience in Med Surg, Obstetrics, Geriatrics, Home Health, and Case Management, and has served as a staff nurse, supervisor, manager, assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Infection Preventionist. She enjoys working with people of all types and helping with their healthcare needs and/or with whatever challenges they may be facing. 

Jon E. Adams, DMSc, PA-C, CAQ-OM – Physician Assistant

Jon has practiced as a physician assistant in Troy since 1998. Jon earned his doctor in medical science degree from the University of Lynchburg in 2023, and he also obtained his master’s in health science in physician assistance studies from the University of South Alabama; a master’s in education in exercise science from Auburn University; and a bachelor’s in health from Troy University. Additionally, Jon earned the certificate of added qualifications (CAQ) in occupational medicine (OM) in October of 2025. In addition to the day-to-day occupational medicine exams, respiratory evaluations or workplace injuries care, Jon provides direct care for non-work-related acute illnesses and preventive health evaluations.

Chelsea Lawson, LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Chelsea has practiced as a licensed practical nurse for 10 years in Troy, Alabama. She attended Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in Opp, Alabama and has nearly 10 years of experience in geriatric care. Chelsea has served as a charge nurse and a supervisor, and she started her journey in occupational health in 2023. She is passionate about promoting workplace health and safety and enjoys helping Lockheed Martin employees get, stay and be well.

Jessica Rees, RN, HCM– Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University of Kokomo. She loves working as a nurse and has appreciated the flexibility and growth that it has offered her. She enjoys building a great rapport with people. She works hard to develop work relationships with all members of the team and tries to bring a positive attitude and influence to the work environment. 

Jon E. Adams, DMSc, PA-C, CAQ-OM – Physician Assistant

Jon has practiced as a physician assistant in Troy since 1998. Arkansas

Karen Bailey, RN, HCM – Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager

Karen is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia with a Registered Nurse degree. Karen has a special interest in Occupational Medicine and Medical/Surgical Nursing. Karen enjoys educating patients on how to improve their health and wellness and wants to help patients enhance their quality of life.

California

Cynthia Barahona, RN, BSN – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.  She enjoys learning new skills and teaching her patients how to improve their health through evidence-based medicine. 

Dr. Carmen Arriola, MD, MS

Dr Arriola received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine with an emphasis in Evolutionary Plant Biochemistry. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at UC Davis. Her internship experience focused on Family Practice at UC Davis and her Residency was focused on Occupational and Environmental Medicine at UC Irvine. Dr. Arriola is passionate about food as medicine. She returned to school at the age of 50 to get a master’s degree in environmental toxicology to improve her skills in understanding the effects the environment and industrial food have on our health.

Wendy Macedo, FNP-C – Family Nurse Practitioner

Wendy received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Wendy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Wendy enjoys creating positive health outcomes by helping members with lifestyle changes. 

Veena Muangprasert, DNP, AGPCNP-C – Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Veena has 30 years of nursing experience in acute care/hospital settings, long-term care, and primary care. She strives to provide excellent care to all members and make their experience at the Wellness Center enjoyable. Outside of work, Veena enjoys taking care of her 5 pets and working on her health and fitness.

Evelyn Mota – Medical Assistant

Evelyn is a certified medical assistant. She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in January of 2024. Her prior experience includes providing care in pain management as well as workers’ compensation clinics.

Jean Katz, RN, BSN, PHN, COHC – Health Center Manager

Jean received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s in Public Health at Boston University in Boston, MA. Jean enjoys providing quality and compassionate care to all patients. She strives to deliver care and meet the needs of our patients conveniently on Lockheed Martin’s Campus. She takes the time to understand what matters most about your health.  

Kevin Hurley, MSN, FNP-BC – Nurse Practitioner

Kevin obtained his master’s in nursing at Walden University. He has prior nursing experience in the emergency room setting as well as in case management. He also has experience managing autoimmune disorders through biologic infusions. Kevin joined Premise Health in 2024 and enjoys his work in occupational medicine all while making a positive impact on the health of Lockheed Martin employees.

Erica Leandro, MA – Medical Assistant

Erica has worked in the healthcare industry since she was 15 and obtained her Medical Assistant certification in 2009. Her goal is to help patients understand all aspects of their care and to always deliver a smile!

Colorado

Natasha Kuchik, RN, HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Natasha earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Wright State University Nursing School. She has 20 years of diverse nursing experience which includes NICU, postpartum, operating room, office-based, cosmetic, home health and leadership. Natasha enjoys wellness and preventive care, primary care, urgent care, emergent care and occupational medicine.

 
Mitsy Kuramoto, RN – Registered Nurse

Mitsy has been a registered nurse for over 10 years and studied nursing at Pasadena City College. Mitsy has worked primarily in occupational health and loves getting to know her patients, what they do and supporting them to stay healthy and active.  She strives to provide excellent customer service to all members and make their experience at the Wellness Center enjoyable.

Natasha earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Wright State University Nursing School. Dr. Ryan Parsons, MD – Physician

Physician Dr. Ryan Parsons grew up in rural Iowa and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He attended medical school at the University of Colorado, then completed residency with the St. Anthony Family Medicine program in Westminster, Colorado. Before finding Occupational Medicine, he spent several years working as an emergency room physician at a critical access hospital emergency room in rural Colorado, and then as an urgent care and primary care physician in the Denver metro area. Dr. Parsons sincerely enjoys his work in the Occupational Medicine setting as it allows him to be centrally involved in helping patients recover from their injuries. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and believes that physical activity is key to wellness. He is dedicated to delivering medical care that is evidence-based, thorough and compassionate with every patient encounter. He is also committed to helping patients function to the highest of their potential, both in their work and recreational activities.

Renae Tabin, PA-C – Physician Assistant ​

Renae has practiced as a PA in Colorado since 2008. She has worked in the areas of primary care, urgent care, neurology, and military medicine, serving for 8 years in the Colorado Air National Guard. Renae enjoys every patient interaction and loves working alongside each patient as they work towards their wellness goals. She recognizes her role as a teammate and is blessed to be a part of the Premise Health team at Lockheed Martin.

Grace Sincavage, MA – Medical Assistant

Grace holds an active CCMA license, Phlebotomy Certificate, CNA License, and is EKG Certified. Grace enjoys working in Occupational Health and helping the members at Lockheed Martin.

Connecticut

Michael Bethune, MBA, HCM – Health Center Manager

Michael earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Albertus Magnus College. Michael joined the Premise team in February 2023. He has previous administrative experience with Hartford Healthcare and is now leading the Stratford and Bridgeport Wellness Center teams to deliver the highest quality of care.

Brian McCambley, DHSc, PA-C – Doctor of Health Science, Physician Assistant-Certified

Brian is a board-certified physician assistant with nearly 30 years of clinical practice experience. His clinical career has been focused on acute care medicine, including emergency medicine, urgent care and occupational medicine. Brian has a passion for wellness and engaging employees and employers in creating and sustaining a culture of success in this realm for all parties.

 

Outside of medicine, Brian stays active as a group exercise-indoor cycling/spin instructor and loves all things outdoors and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Kathleen “Kate” Mangini, MSN, FNP-C – Family Nurse Practitioner

Kate received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester and her Master of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner route from Southern Connecticut State University. Kate spent 12 years working in various hospital systems across Vermont, North Carolina and Connecticut. Upon completion of her master’s degree, Kate practiced in urgent care settings before transitioning to Occupational Health.

Amber Novak, NP – Nurse Practitioner

Amber earned her accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Utica College and went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at Wagner College. Amber has 6 years’ experience as a registered nurse in acute care cardiac units in New York and Connecticut. She is excited to work in occupational health to develop a trusting relationship with patients and promote high quality patient care.

Yezzy Castillo, LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Yezzy obtained her Associate of Science Degree in General Studies at Housatonic Community College and completed the Licensed Practical Nurse Program at Bullard Havens Technical. Yezzy has been working in the healthcare field since 1999. Her passion for providing quality care led her to pursue her LPN license at Bullard Havens in 2012. With over 2 decades of healthcare experience, Yezzy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her patients and promoting a healthy lifestyle. 

Jessica Mooney Sanzone – Registered Nurse

Jessica has been a registered nurse for over eight years. She received her nursing degree from Western Connecticut State University with a minor in psychology. Her nursing career began at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she developed a strong skillset and confidence in nursing. Jessica has worked as a travel nurse in a variety of hospitals over the past four years. This allowed her to further grow her expertise and knowledge, which was shown when she received Yale New Haven Hospital’s Great Catch award for patient safety. Jessica is passionate about communicating with members as well as providing them with education about their diagnoses and giving them the tools they need to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, health and fitness, as well as spending time with family, her husband and their dog, Nellie.

Jessica Perez Ortiz – Medical Receptionist

Jessica completed her Billing and Coding certification. Jessica has worked in the medical field for 15 years, spending many of those years in billing and secretarial duties. 

Florida

Lisa Harper, APRN, FNP-C – Family Nurse Practitioner & Health Center Manager

Lisa is proud to have been a nurse for 34 years, from LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) all the way to NP (Nurse Practitioner)! Her experience has mainly been in the Emergency Room, where she worked for 26 years. Lisa is currently in school working on her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is excited to lead the medical team and serve the members at Lockheed Martin.

 

Jennifer McChesney, RN- Registered Nurse

Jen has lived in Ocala, FL for over 18 years and earned her nursing degree locally from the College of Central Florida. Her nursing experience includes working in the emergency department at the local hospitals, remote occupational injury and COVID triage, and perioperative nursing at an ambulatory surgical center. Her goal is to continue her nursing education, grow as an occupational nurse, and to contribute to the growth our future nurses as an Educator. When she is not working, she enjoys exploring the scenic roads of Florida and paddle boarding.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s in nursing at the University of West Florida. Her experience includes pre- and post-orthopedic surgical nursing, as well as perioperative ocular/oculoplastic nursing at an ambulatory surgical center. She plans to further her nursing education to enhance her skills. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, reading and working on home projects.

Reecee Morris, MA, CAOHC – Medical Assistant

Reecee earned her degree at Webster Jr. College and has worked as a medical assistant for nearly 30 years. She enjoys coaching about blood pressure and diabetes and likes a good challenge with her phlebotomy skills. Reecee recently received her CAOHC certification. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and nature.

Alisa Katz, FNP-C, COHN-S – Family Nurse Practitioner

Alisa attended the City University of New York where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She then earned her master’s degree in nursing at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY.  She is board-certified by ANCC (American Nurse Credentialing Center) and ABOHN (American Board for Occupational Health Nurses). Alisa has previous experience in the primary care setting, Chase Bank headquarters Employee Health services, and was a director of the NY Methodist Hospital Employee Health department for over 10 years. After moving to Florida, she continued her NP career in occupational health at the HCA Medical Center of Trinity. Alisa believes every patient deserves the undivided attention of a healthcare provider and is happy to provide that care at the Wellness Center. 

Annabelle Harte, BSN, RN, COHC, HCM – Registered Nurse, Group Health Center Manager

Annabelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Jacksonville University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida. Her clinical interests are worker health & wellness, worker safety, compliance, and leading her team members to provide the best care for their patients.  

Michelle Falcon Salviejo – APRN, FNP-BC, COHC – Nurse Practitioner

Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with ANCC and a certified DOT Medical Examiner. She has extensive experience working with patients on their wellness, cardiovascular health, military physicals, and travel medicine.

Donna Snyder, RN, COHN – Registered Nurse, Certified Occupational Health Nurse

Donna has called Florida home for the past four years, originally from central Illinois. She brings more than 12 years of experience as an occupational health nurse, including time in a hospital-based occupational medicine department where she supported hospital staff and partnered with numerous organizations, including local fire and police departments. Prior to her occupational health role, Donna specialized in obstetrics and gynecology for six years and also has a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing, with additional experience in ophthalmology.

 

Donna is passionate about caring for Lockheed Martin employees and takes pride in being part of the Premise Health team.

Sonja Alls, LPN, HCM – Licensed Practical Nurse & Health Center Manager

Sonja is a dedicated and compassionate licensed practical nurse with extensive experience caring for people from diverse backgrounds. She is proficient in evidence-based nursing practices, and her clinical background spans cardiac PCU, pediatrics, primary care, opioid use recovery and employee health. Throughout her career, Sonja has supervised multidisciplinary teams, managed complex treatment plans and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

Nakia Hunter, MSN, APRN, A-GNP-C –Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Nakia received her Master of Science degree in Nursing, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care from the University of South Florida with a subspecialty in Occupational Health and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Nakia enjoys Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational Healthcare. She enjoys using a holistic approach while guiding her patients to health and sharing practices that will enhance their quality of life.

Kim-Cheree Jackson MSN, ARPN, FNP-BC, CCNS

Kim-Cheree received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethune Cookman University, her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida in the Clinical Nurse Specialist program, and an FNP Postmaster’s Certificate from UMASS Boston. Kim-Cheree has over 18 years of nursing experience, including 9 years in Critical Care as a direct care nurse, nurse educator, and clinical nurse specialist. Kim-Cheree also has an additional 9 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She strongly believes in evidence-based medicine and that collaboration is the key to good clinical outcomes.

Zahira Olivardia, Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist

Zahira has been a certified Medical Assistant and phlebotomist since 2007. She has experience in family medicine and is bilingual in Spanish. Zahira’s goal is to provide excellent care and a great patient experience.

Dianiris “Didi” Resto Cruz, RMA, COHC, CPT – Medical Assistant

Didi received her Medical Assistant Degree from High-Tech Institute in Orlando, FL in 2009, since then she has become a Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and Certified Phlebotomy Technician. Didi’s passion lies in Urgent Care, Occupational Health and Phlebotomy.

Georgia

Sharon Williams, RN, COHN Registered Nurse, HCM, Health Center Manager

Sharon is an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on occupational health. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Excelsior College in 2009 and Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) in 2019. She has worked in the aircraft industry for the past 19 years and has prior experience as a Paramedic/Firefighter for 13 years. Sharon enjoys helping people get well and stay well by delivering personal, caring, high-quality health care.

Doris Frimpong, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner

Doris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of West Georgia and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Kennesaw State University. Doris is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience in Primary Care and Occupational Health. She also has 6 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Acute Care. Doris has experience working with patients of all ages for preventative care and acute illness/chronic disease management and she was the recipient of the Daisy Award for Most Caring Nurse in 2012 at WellStar Douglas Hospital! Doris is a professional with a compassionate and caring attitude who listens to the needs of her patients to provide them with excellent, safe, and evidence-based care. She is passionate about wellness promotion and disease prevention and focuses on patient education to help her patients achieve optimal health.

Turquoise Holmes, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner

Turquoise Holmes is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has worked as a Registered Nurse for 8 years in Post-Surgical Med-Surg and Critical Care units. Aspiring to learn and do more for her patients, she went back to school at the University of South Alabama and obtained her Master of Science degree in nursing. She began working as a Nurse Practitioner and has experience in various settings including Radiology, Correctional, Pain Management and Infusion.

One of the proudest moments in her nursing career was being a recipient of the Daisy Award for Excellence in Nursing at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Turquoise is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and continues to strive to build strong relationships with her patients with the goal of improving patient health outcomes.

New Jersey

Ashley Mistretta, MSN, RN – Registered Nurse, Group Health Center Manager

Ashley attended Chamberlain University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Nurse Executive. Ashley enjoys promoting health and wellness to the patients she meets and encourages them to take an active approach to their health.

Katrina George, PA-C – Physician Assistant

Katrina is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined The Wellness Center in 2012. She completed her medical training at MCP Hahnemann/Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to joining the Wellness Center, Katrina operated an onsite Occupational Health Clinic for staff at a school for children and adults with learning disabilities. She has a passion for Occupational Health and encourages her patients to get, stay and be well.

Wendy Morrison, MSN, RN – Registered Nurse

Wendy received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Wilmington University. Wendy has seven years of experience in a hospital cardiac unit. Prior to becoming a nurse, Wendy worked for 12 years as a research and development scientist for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. 

Karen Maucher, CCMA– Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Karen received her Clinical Medical Assistant certification in March 2009 through the National Health Career Association. Karen has several years of Occupational Health experience clinically and administratively.

New York

Deb Grant, RN HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Deb attended Excelsior College in Albany, NY, and Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA. Deb has experience in Cardiology, mainly in the Cardiac Cath Lab, and has transitioned into Employee Health/Occupational Medicine. Deb has taken multiple certification courses with Homeland Security in Alabama and has become a certified Tobacco Cessation Counselor with continued training at Mayo Clinic.

Ho Ling “Tina” Yoest, NP – Nurse Practitioner

Tina received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Binghamton University. Tina has an interest in orthopedics and wellness. Jamie Vought, LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Jamie graduated from the BOCES LPN program. Jamie has previous experience in Family Practice and has recently joined the Occupational Health field with Premise Health and Lockheed Martin. 

Kimberly Jurenko RN, BSN & HCM

Kimberly is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Nursing where she achieved a bachelor’s in science with a major in Nursing in 1995.  Kim has worked in critical care for most of her career. As a Health Center manager, Kim works closely with Lockheed Martin to provide up-to-date information to all the members the Wellness Center cares for. Kimberly prides herself in the initiation of the “Relaxation Room” within the Wellness Center, as a calm place for “a soft landing” for those who may have a personal crisis during their workday.  Kim provides care with dignity, support and compassion.

Kimberly values caring for our members here at the Syracuse location. She is the current Health and Safety Director for Honor Flight Syracuse and embraces the Veteran population in all she does. Kimberly works and lives each day using the motto, “It only takes one person to save another”, and will do anything in her power to make that happen.

Faith Meigs, RN – Registered Nurse

Faith grew up in the Syracuse area and attended school at St. Joseph’s College of Nursing. She has spent her career in emergency medicine, but she is excited to enter the world of occupational health. Faith enjoys teaching and guiding people towards a healthy physical and mental well-being.

Lisa Vasinda RN, COHC, HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Lisa earned her associate’s in nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, New York. Her experience includes nearly 30 years in the operating room, along with 10 years in an operating room first assistant role, plus time in ophthalmology outpatient surgery, preoperative and postoperative care, hospice home health and occupational health. Lisa also holds certifications in hearing conservation, drug testing and respiratory protection. She is committed to providing the best care and services for Lockheed Martin employees.

South Carolina

Misty Armstrong, RN, HCM- Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Misty holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from West Virginia University and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing. In addition, she has been a Nationally Registered Paramedic for 13 years. Her experience includes Emergency Department, Critical Care Transport, Primary Care and Occupational Health. Misty is a dedicated Registered Nurse and Health Center Manager, with a passion for occupational health. Her focus is providing patient-centered care while mitigating risk for the client. She utilizes her skill set in leading healthcare delivery with superb customer service. She is a current member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses and is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist.

Tracy Britto, APRN, FNP-C, COHN-S, COHC – Nurse Practitioner

Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Illinois. Tracy is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses. She is also a certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Tracy is an experienced on-site Occupational Health provider who enjoys building a rapport with her patients and encouraging them to actively participate in their healthcare for improved health outcomes and lifestyle.

Texas

Dai Nguyen APRN, MSN, FNP-C, HCM – Family Nurse Practitioner & Health Center Manager

Dai is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He has been practicing as an FNP since 2017 in various settings including primary care, urgent care, and occupational health. In this dual role as Health Center Manager and Family Nurse Practitioner, his goal is to continue bridging the gap between clinical practice and management to create an integrated approach to healthcare delivery, ensuring that patients receive the best care possible while maintaining an efficient and compassionate workplace for my team. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and exploring different parts of the world.

Jessica Bivin, RN, GHCM – Registered Nurse & Group Health Center Manager overseeing Aero & Space

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and has been an RN for over 20 years. Jessica enjoys Occupational Health and making sure the workforce remains healthy and injury-free! Being part of preventive health and injury prevention has really become her passion.

Truc An Do, RN – Registered Nurse

An completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UT Arlington in 2021. She has prior experience as a postpartum nurse and enjoyed working with and teaching new moms. An is now working as a Registered Nurse in the Occupational Health setting and is passionate about helping members get, stay and be well.

Lori Prince, MS, CCC-A – Audiologist

Lori obtained her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas and has over 35 years of experience in Occupational Audiology and Hearing Conservation. Lori’s main goal is to help mitigate hearing loss in workers caused by hazardous noise. 

Jennifer Romero, MA – Medical Assistant

Jennifer attended Kaplan College, TCC, and holds an active Medical Assistant certification. Jennifer enjoys working in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational Health.

Jessica Marie Ibarra, MA – Medical Assistant

Jessica attended ATI Training school and holds an active Medical Assistant certification. Jessica enjoys Family Health and Occupational Health medical practices.

Cindy Joffrion, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, COHN-S, GHCM, Board Certified- Family Nurse Practitioner – Group Health Center Manager overseeing Wellness Centers at Missiles & Fire Controll

Cindy has her doctor of nursing practice degree with an occupational focus from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She serves as the co-chair of the AAOHN Practice Committee and is a certified occupational health specialist. Cindy has over 13 years of experience in cardiology, primary care, occupational Health, and urgent and emergency Care. She enjoys helping people with small changes that make a big impact on their health.

Monica Bravo, APRN, FNP, HCM, MBA – Family Nurse Practitioner- Health Center Manager

Monica completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Monica enjoys educating patients on how to improve their health and wellness and wants to help patients increase their quality of life.

Cheryl Gordon, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC – Nurse Practitioner

Cheryl is a family nurse practitioner who earned her master’s in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She has broad clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and occupational medicine, and she delivers efficient, evidence-based, person-centered care across diverse settings. Cheryl is also an adjunct professor for the nurse practitioner program at UTA. Cheryl enjoys promoting sustainable health, disease prevention and long-term wellness.

Bree Bussell, RN, TNCC – Registered Nurse

Bree received her associate degree in nursing from Carteret Community College in Morehead City, North Carolina. Bree has previous nursing experience in emergency care (8 years) as well as experience in a level 2 trauma center (6 years). She is passionate about helping patients take control of their health and believes that every interaction with a patient can impact their life in a positive way!

Joanie Ortega, CCMA – Medical Assistant

Joanie is certified by the board of the National Healthcare Association as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and has her CAOHC certification for Hearing Conservation. Joanie has over 15 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. She enjoys educating members about health and wellness, and loves seeing everyone around campus at the wellness events.

Priscila Torres, CMA – Medical Assistant

Priscila has been a Medical Assistant for over 5 years and has experience in family medicine and interventional pain management. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing to further her career and practice of helping members get, stay and be well.

Yosiko “Kitty” Dais, RN, MSL, CRRN, RN-BC, COHC, HCM – Registered Nurse & Health Center Manager

Kitty is a Registered Nurse with certifications in Rehabilitation, Pain Management, and Hearing Conservation. Kitty completed her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing and completed her Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management in 2015.  She has experience in hospital settings, clinics, and colleges working in Obstetrics, Pre-Op, Med Surg, Occupational Health and as a clinical instructor. Kitty enjoys interacting with patients and participating in helping to make a difference in keeping them healthy.
