Provider referrals are not required to see our physical therapist. You can simply schedule an appointment and discuss your needs. Musculoskeletal wellness exams and ergonomic assessments are available at no cost.

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing or collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.
