Skip the extra trip to the pharmacy. You can get your medications at little to no cost directly from your provider during a visit. Schedule an appointment, discuss your health needs and leave with your medication in hand.

We carry close to 100 medications, including over-the-counter options. You can even get up to a 90-day supply for ongoing prescriptions. When you’re about to run out of your medication, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider.

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing or collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is generally 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.
