Who is Premise Health?
How do I make an appointment?
You can call a center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.

Will my current medical provider have access to my health records if I receive care at one of your centers?
After you have been treated at our health centers, you may request to send records to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or MyChart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.
How much does a visit cost?
The following services are free: preventative care*, laboratory, radiology, care management, & wellness coaching. Depending on one’s insurance, copays, deductible, & out-of-pocket maximum the remaining services could be less but will never exceed $35. Click here to view the full fee schedule.
*Those who do not have Textron insurance will have costs for preventive care

All eligible Textron Aviation employees, spouses, and dependents age 2+ have access to the wellness center and pharmacy regardless of enrollment in an employer-sponsored insurance plan.
Who operates the Plane Healthy Wellness Center & Pharmacy?
Are same-day appointments available?
In most cases, same-day appointments are available. Schedule online or call your wellness center to see if a same-day appointment is available.

My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that puts your health information in your hands. It connects you with your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.
Can my provider write me a prescription during a virtual visit?
A virtual visit it is just like in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.

To meet virtually with one of the providers at your wellness center, you must first set up an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com if you haven’t already. Then, log in and select “Schedule an appointment.” Choose your appointment type that says “Video” or “Phone” next to it. You will then follow the prompts to complete scheduling.

I currently have a primary care provider (PCP) elsewhere. Can my medical records be shared between my health center and my current PCP?
Will my health information be secure? Will Textron Aviation have access to my personal health information?
Is a virtual visit appropriate for every medical condition?
Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need.
How does my provider send my prescription to Plane Healthy Pharmacy?
You can easily drop off your prescriptions at Plane Healthy Pharmacy or your provider can e-prescribe them directly to the pharmacy. The providers and pharmacy at your wellness center act as one care team. Your provider will send your prescription to the pharmacist after your appointment so you can pick it up the same day, making for a seamless experience.
Why should I use Plane Healthy Pharmacy over another local pharmacy?
Plane Healthy Pharmacy is conveniently located on campus. This means you can get your prescriptions faster and easier. Also, our pharmacists go above and beyond what you experience at your typical pharmacy. They take the time to get to know you and work with your primary care provider to support your overall health. We also offer a wide range of services that go beyond simply prescribing medications, such as: personal health counseling, coaching and guidance, condition management and disease or medication-specific education, as well as easy prescription transfers and low-cost generics.
What is the difference between preventive and non-preventive care visits?
Can I do lab/blood test orders from another provider at the center?
Yes, your wellness center can perform blood draws and other lab tests ordered by an outside provider. All lab orders must be faxed or dropped off at the center to ensure we have the proper supplies for the required testing.
