Through our virtual occupational health service, you can easily connect with a provider by phone, video or secure messaging, anytime, anywhere.
To meet with a virtual occupational health provider, use the My Premise Health app or visit mypremisehealth.com, select “Get Care Now”, specify your state/location and select “Work Related” from the list of services. After completing your eCheck-in, you’ll be ready for your visit.

Dr. Craig Anderson, DO - Medical Director
Dr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Brigham Young University in 2009 and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from A.T. Still University in 2013. He joined the US Army during medical school, went on active duty following medical school, and served as an Army flight surgeon. He then completed an Occupational & Environmental Medicine residency at Walter Reed Military Medical Center in 2017. He earned a Master of Public Health degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 2017. He is Board-Certified in Occupational Medicine, is registered as a Commercial Driver Medical Examiner, and is a designated Aviation Medical Examiner. He is a member of the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine.
Dr. Anderson has worked at various occupational medicine clinics, providing care for industrial workers, hospital workers, law enforcement workers, and chemical and biological warfare material workers.
Karen Moore, RN - Health Center Manager
Karen graduated from Wichita State University in 1996 with her BSN in nursing. She worked in staff and management roles at Via Christi Hospitals for almost 20 years. She also has experience working in community-based nursing roles with the Kansas Eye Bank and local home health and hospice agencies. She joined Premise Health in 2022 and is enjoying learning occupational health.
Amy Hans, APRN - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Amy began her healthcare career in the US Navy as a corpsman and surgical technician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University in 2007 and completed her graduate degree at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas in 2014. Amy is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has worked in various healthcare roles including surgery, trauma and cardiac intensive care, primary care, and now occupational medicine. Amy finds fulfillment in serving a diverse range of people.
Jeremy Buehner, PA-C - Physician Assistant
Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Services from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2012. He worked as a firefighter/EMT in rural Idaho, and later as a paramedic for EMSA in Oklahoma City, OK. In 2019, he obtained his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University. He then practiced family medicine at a local Wichita clinic for 3.5 years before joining Premise Health/Textron Health Services in 2022. He has experience in family practice, emergency medicine, and occupational health. Jeremy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an affiliate of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
Angela Hilborn, LPN - Staff Nurse
Angela completed her Licensed Practical Nurse training at Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia. She has previous experience in Corrections and Methadone clinics before transitioning to Occupational Health with Premise.
Laura Weldon, RN - Staff Nurse
Laura earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Hutchinson Community College in 2007. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse and a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Since 2013, she has been working in Occupational Medicine and has previous experience in Oncology and Medical Surgical Nursing.
Michelle Donker, RN, MSN - Staff Nurse
Michelle earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Hutchinson Community College in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Western Governors University in 2022. She has experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, family medicine, and women’s health, and has been working in healthcare since 2010.
Lindsay Hamilton, RN - Case Coordinator for Workman’s Compensation
Lindsay earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Labette Community College in 2007 and her Bachelor of Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2021. With 17 years of nursing experience, she previously served as a charge nurse/team leader in a hospital setting. Lindsay has experience in medical/surgical, operating room, and public health, and she has a keen interest in occupational health.
JoAnna Kramer, RN - Staff Nurse
JoAnna graduated from Labette Community College in 1994 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She has spent most of her career working in emergency rooms, from Level 1 Trauma Centers to rural ERs. Additionally, she has five years of experience in Labor and Delivery. In 2022, she transitioned to occupational health and has enjoyed acquiring new skills required for this role.
Corinthian Dailey - Patient Care Technician
Corinthian has successfully completed a certification in medical assistance. She greets and checks in members upon their arrival to health services. She helps with intake, scheduling, and answering any members’ questions regarding work releases, injuries, medical surveillance, and physicals. She also assists in the ordering and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies. She is the first and last person members see in health services. Her goal is to ensure that every member who comes to Health Services leaves with a smile.
Melissa Licklider, RN – PRN Staff Nurse
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. She has over 17 years of experience in various settings, including family medicine, dermatology, medical/surgical nursing, psychiatry, wound care, and occupational medicine. She assists with various duties within Health Services.
Tonya Loveland, RN, MSN, FNP – PRN Staff Nurse
Tonya earned her Associate in Nursing degree from Kansas Newman University in 1993, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wichita State University in 1998, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2015. With 30 years of nursing experience in medical nursing, HIV/AIDS care, neurology, intensive care, and stroke care, she has also worked as an Associate Professor at Butler Community College. Tonya is involved in various duties within Health Services.
