Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, ADHD, substance use or life changes, we offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs. Sessions are available in person and by phone or video so it’s easy to make an appointment. Members are able to use their EAP services through the Health Center mental health counselor.

Pharmacy

Our pharmacy is a convenient way to fill your prescriptions. The pharmacists here are an extension of your care team, working with your provider as needed to support your overall health. We also offer a wide range of services that go beyond prescribing and filling medications, such as personal health counseling, medication-specific education, and coaching and guidance, plus easy prescription transfers and discounted over-the-counter medications.

We can also send most medications directly to your home with low-cost overnight delivery.

Lab services

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing or collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is generally 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

We also accept outside community/provider lab orders, will draw your blood at no cost, send to the lab, and results will go back to your ordering provider.

Prescription delivery

Save time and money and have your prescriptions shipped to your home. We offer low-cost generic medications, 90-day fills and reduced co-pays. You can also get discounted over-the-counter medications shipped with your prescription delivery.

When it’s time to refill, your pharmacy team will reach out to make sure you get your medications when you need them. If you have multiple prescriptions, they’ll even make sure to consolidate them into a single shipment.
