Meet your West Campus Pharmacy team
Joel Gouvion, PharmD – Pharmacy Manager
Joel is the pharmacy manager at Plane Healthy Pharmacy. He attended the KU School of Pharmacy and graduated in 2017. Joel oversees pharmacy operations and works closely with the clinical staff at Plane Healthy Wellness Center to provide exceptional healthcare. Over the years, he has gathered experience from several pharmacy settings. From large chain retail to small independent specialty pharmacies, Joel has a well-rounded knowledge base to help members find effective solutions for their healthcare needs.
Jennifer Ferry, RPh – Registered Pharmacist
Jennifer is a Registered Pharmacist and staff pharmacist at the Plane Healthy Pharmacy. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1998 and has served as a community pharmacist for over 25 years. More than just overseeing pharmacy operations, Jennifer makes it a point to get to know members and give them a small-town pharmacy experience.
Miranda Osborn, CPhT – Pharmacy Operations Manager
Miranda is a certified pharmacy technician and Pharmacy Operations Manager. Miranda shares in operational roles by overseeing staff training and development. She also assists with daily pharmacy operations like filling prescriptions, inventory management, and customer relations. She has served as a pharmacy technician since 2016 in several community settings and strives to provide a unique pharmacy experience to all members.
Stormy Brown, CPhT – Pharmacy Technician
Stormy is a certified pharmacy technician at the Plane Healthy Pharmacy East Campus. Stormy earned her technician license in 20XX. Stormy works hard to support our pharmacy members through prescription dispensing, inventory management, and prescription shipping to our patients.

As a proud dog mom to five large dogs, Mercedes enjoys staying active and engaged in her community.
