ALLISON JUNEAU, MSN RN CPN
Allison is the Health Center Manager RN at the T-Mobile Onsite Health Center, operated by Premise Health. She began her nursing education at Pittsburg State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later completed a Master of Science in Nursing Administration at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.
With over two decades of diverse nursing experience, Allison spent 20 years at Children’s Mercy Hospital and four years as an Associate Professor at Johnson County Community College, teaching Pediatric and Mental Health Nursing. Before joining Premise Health, she served as a Health Center Manager for Cerner Corporation, where she led clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, exploring new places with friends, and bringing her creativity to life through home décor projects and design.
SCOTT YOUNG, DPT OCS FAAOMPT
Dr. Scott Young received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. He is board-certified in orthopaedics and completed a post-doctoral Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy at Regis University. Additionally, he has been fortunate to present at national conferences and serve as a guest instructor for the orthopaedic residency program at Creighton University. He has extensive experience treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, including professional athletes.
Outside the clinic, he has run multiple half marathons, competed in local and national powerlifting events and climbed the tallest mountain in North America and South America.
DYLAN BASSETT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Dylan Bassett, PT, is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic care and pain neuroscience at our clinic. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in rehabilitation science at KUMC. As an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dylan offers advanced expertise in musculoskeletal care and athletic performance.
Beyond his clinical work, Dylan is passionate about education, serving as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Kansas Medical Center since 2019, where he teaches doctorate and masters students in human anatomy and physical therapy treatment techniques. He’s actively involved in research on chronic low back pain and manual therapy techniques. When not treating patients or teaching, Dylan enjoys weightlifting, playing sand volleyball, and spending time with family.
DR. KELLIE STICKLER, DPT OCS CAPP FAAOMPT
Dr. Kellie Stickler, PT, has been working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2016, after finishing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Kellie has completed multiple post-doctoral certifications to become a board-certified orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. She enjoys treating a variety of patient conditions. She believes each person deserves an individualized and active approach to meet their goals. She is passionate about education and research to further the physical therapy profession and improve outcomes for patients. Kellie was drawn to a career in physical therapy by the active daily work, the constant problem solving, and the ability to spend time with people. These same attributes are what she loves about each day.
Outside of the clinic, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
BRIDGETTE BLAIN, PA-C MPAS DipACLM
Bridgette is a Certified Physician Assistant who has been in health care for over 25 years. She began as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 1997 and then went on to get her Masters in Science. She graduated from the University of Florida Physician Assistant program in 2004 and began her career in Emergency Medicine in Ocala, Florida. She moved back to the Kansas city area in 2006 and worked in the Emergency Department at Olathe Medical Center for 12 years. Over time, she realized that preventive care is very important and has been practicing at the T- Mobile Onsite Health Center since 2017 in Primary Care. She is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, which is a specialty that uses lifestyle changes to treat chronic conditions and promote health. The body was meant to heal itself if given the correct environment. She enjoys helping patients find the root cause of health problems using lifestyle medicine pillars and a Functional Medicine approach.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children while traveling the world, looking for adventure.
JESSICA GASSMAN, APRN MSN FNP-C
Jessica Gassman is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing at the T-Mobile On-Site Health Center since 2013. She received her undergraduate at Emporia State University with an emphasis in health promotion and her Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Kansas. She has 17 years of healthcare experience, including critical and primary care.
Jessica enjoys connecting with each of her patients while providing high-quality care. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and 3 busy girls.
ALICIA MULLER, APRN MSN FNP-C
Alicia Muller grew up in rural Kansas and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University in 2005. She worked in a variety of hospital settings as a Registered Nurse, specializing in cardiology, for 8 years. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri Kansas City in 2012. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Kansas and Missouri to provide health care to patients of all ages. Her scope of practice includes diagnosis and management of acute and chronic health problems.
Alicia has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice Settings, Walk in Clinics, as well as Employee Wellness Clinics over the past 13 years. She believes that providing quality, compassionate, and efficient care in a relaxed environment is important to help patients attain a better understanding of their condition and treatment. Doing so enables her to meet the holistic needs of patients and improve their quality of life.
When she is not at work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling, being outdoors, and running.
LAUREN KENNY, DNP APRN FNP-BC DipACLM
Lauren Kenny holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!). She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and an American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) Diplomate. Lauren is deeply committed to advancing the fields of women’s health, functional medicine, and mental health wellness. Passionate about integrating evidence-based lifestyle medicine, she empowers individuals to enhance their well-being through preventive care and sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside of her professional work, Lauren enjoys discovering fun snacks at Costco, sipping coffee, experimenting with recipes that sneak in veggies while passing as desserts, and spending quality time with her husband and six children. Lauren is dedicated to helping her members achieve optimal health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
MARY GREENLEE, RT
Mary Greenlee graduated with a Radiology Technologist degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has additional certifications through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. In addition to her Radiology Technologist role, Mary assists with front office and other administrative duties at the T-Mobile Onsite Health Center.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spoiling her grandchild and long walks with her dog.
ADRIANA LOPEZ, MA
Adriana is a Medical Assistant at the T-Mobile Onsite Health Center. She completed her education at the High Tech Institute of Dallas, where she earned a certification as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy. Prior to joining Premise Health, she was a Medical Assistant at Cerner. She enjoys family quality time with her husband, three children and the local church. Her main focus is to provide compassion and high-quality medical care to all patients.
COURTNEY KIVETT, LSCSW
Courtney is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Kansas and went on to obtain a Master of Social Work from Washburn University. Courtney is committed to helping people navigate through the intricacies of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and interpersonal communication. Courtney is also trained in Perinatal Mental Health and serves on the Kansas board for Postpartum Support International. She is dedicated to providing support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs, and considers patients’ physical, emotional, environmental, and social wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys entertaining friends and family at her home and attending theatre shows.
CAITLIN SMITH, LCPC LCAC
Caitlin Smith is a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist with over 10 years of experience in various levels of care, including inpatient, medical detox, and outpatient settings, treating both mental health and substance use disorders. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Masters Addictions Counselor. Caitlin is proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
She holds a Bachelor’s in English and Psychology from Rockhurst University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Avila University. Caitlin is passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to mental wellness and recovery through a holistic model, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to encourage well-being.
Outside of work, Caitlin stays active with Crossfit, enjoys exploring Kansas City, reading non-fiction, and aspires to become a runner again.
JEN BRENINGER, RN BSN
With a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for patient-centered care, Jen brings expertise in care coordination and managing care gaps within the primary care setting. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring patients receive timely, comprehensive care by bridging communication between providers, tracking preventive services, and addressing barriers to treatment.
Jen earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Johnson County Community College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
Known for her attention to detail and compassionate approach, Jen has helped streamline care processes and improve patient outcomes for T-Mobile members and their families.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband of 33 years and three adult children, as well as her 2 dogs, 1 grandpup, and two grandkitties. Her favorite things to do include going on beach vacations and playing putt-putt with her family.
PAYAL VED, BSN RN CCRN
Payal is a Registered Nurse currently serving at Premise Health, where they focus on enhancing the member experience and ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care tailored to their medical needs. With four years of clinical experience, Payal has cultivated deep expertise in cardiothoracic and trauma intensive care, having worked in high-acuity environments at The University of Kansas Health System and Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Nursing with a bachelor’s degree and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health. Payal is committed to expanding her scope of practice to address the growing need for mental health support within diverse populations with an approach to care by a holistic understanding of both physical and psychological wellness.
Outside of clinical practice, Payal is passionate about art and loves to do portrait charcoal drawings. She also has a love for global exploration and immersing herself in different cultures—interests that enrich their empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to nursing.
CARLA ROSSI, BSN RN
Carla is a Registered Nurse at the T-Mobile Onsite Health Center. She completed her RN education at Johnson County Community College. Prior to Premise Health, she worked at Children’s Mercy Hospital in the Operating Room for 12 years. In her spare time, Carla enjoys spending time with her large family and dogs. She enjoys getting to know patients and providing them with the highest level of care and compassion on their health care journey.
CANDY HIGH, BA, BS, ACE-CHC
Candy is the Premise Health Wellness Coordinator supporting the T-Mobile wellbeing efforts. Her education started at the University of Central Missouri where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She then went on and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Park University in Education. Along with her bachelors’ degrees, Candy is a certified health coach, fitness instructor, weight management and fitness nutrition specialist all through the American Council on Exercise. This position is familiar to Candy since she started her corporate wellness journey at Sprint over 12 years ago as their Wellness Ambassador. Outside of work, Candy enjoys spending time with her daughters and new husband. She teaches several group fitness classes and is very active in the Kansas City running community as a running pacer.
KIM CARICO, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Kim Carico is an experienced Administrative Assistant at Premise Health, where she specializes in referral coordination and supports a wide range of front desk administrative tasks. With a strong foundation in customer service and organizational excellence, Kim plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient care for patients and seamless operations for her team.
Before joining Premise Health, Kim worked at Children’s Mercy Hospital as a GI Technician in the operating room. Her dedication to clinical excellence was recognized in 2021 when she received the hospital’s Clinical Excellence Award. Kim holds certifications as an OB Technician and CNA, and brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to every aspect of her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two daughters, and three dogs. Her favorite things are vacationing at the beach, shopping, and trying new restaurants.
