Monday – Friday, 4 a.m. – 1 a.m.
As SIA Associates, you have access to a comprehensive range of occupational healthcare services, including acute care for injuries and illnesses, pre-employment exams and clearances, ergonomic evaluations, physical therapy, and return-to-work plans.
Jeff Henson, MD – Medical Director, Occupational Health
Philosophy of care: Dr. Henson join the SIA Occupational Health Medical Clinic in 2022. Dr. Henson is proud to be a part of a team that provides SIA members with high-quality, compassionate occupational healthcare. With over 20 years of experience in the occupational health field, Dr. Henson brings a broad range of certifications and training to meet the individual needs of each member he sees.
Personal interests: Outside of the clinic, Dr. Henson enjoys exercising, flying airplanes and spending time with his family and dogs.
John Francis D. Pascua, PT – Physical Therapist
Philosophy of care: John believes in taking care of his patients as if you’re taking care of his own family. Since joining the SIA Occupational Health Medical Clinic in 2022, John has exemplified a passion for helping patients reach their goals and recover from injury.
Personal interests: In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid videogamer!
Trina Marlatt, RN, MSN – Health Center Manager
Philosophy of care: With over 30 years of nursing experience, Trina joined the SIA Occupational Health Medical Clinic in 2022. She enjoys taking care of the Industrial Athlete and collaborating with the Subaru Management team to prevent injuries before they happen through workplace initiatives are among the many things she enjoys about her role.
She believes in providing high-quality care across the continuum, which aligns with the SIA Total Health Strategy. Access to care is essential, as well as teaching and supporting SIA Associates as they navigate healthcare for a healthier lifestyle.
Personal interests: When not at the at SIA Occupational Health Medical Clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married for 30 years and has two children. She enjoys hiking, boating and spending quality time with her adult children.
Fun fact: She has lived on a farm for 30 years, working with a variety of animals (but has never owned a pair of cowgirl boots!)
Melissa Chriswell, BSN, MSN, NP-C – Nurse Practitioner
Philosophy of care: Melissa has been a nurse practitioner for over 20 years. She believes in providing high-quality care to all and works to thoroughly answer questions in a care setting to enable Associates to return to their active lives.
Personal interests: Outside the SIA Occupational Health Medical Clinic, Melissa can be found spending time with her family, including 2 children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys keeping up with their busy lives and watching them learn and grow.
Fun fact: Melissa shares a birthday with her daughter!
Megan Koehler, RN, FNP-C – Nurse Practitioner
Personal interests: Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
Fun fact: Megan is a huge Harry Potter and Star Wars fan. She is also a mother of two young boys.
Brandi Edmonds, RN, FNP-C – Nurse Practitioner
Philosophy of care: Brandi believes in providing high-quality, evidence-based care. A proactive approach to health, safety, wellness, as well as injury/illness prevention is essential. By forming a partnership in care, together we can promote and maintain healthy lifestyles both on and off the job.
Personal interests: Brandi enjoys spending time with her family when she is not at work. She loves being outside, camping, gardening, cooking/baking and walking her dogs.
