Sean P. Sharma, MD – Doctor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
Philosophy of care: I love practicing excellent primary care medicine as part of a team that serves people of all ages and backgrounds. I prioritize good communication that develops relationships and yields a shared understanding of health goals.
Personal interests: Sean enjoys being at home on the family farm, where he and his husband are raising three wonderful boys, a few chickens, and lots of cows. He also enjoys engaging with all of the wonders of the wider world.
Fun fact: My favorite food is tomatoes, but I have a well-controlled addiction to Doritos!
Aubree Reich, FNP-C – Family Nurse Practitioner
Philosophy of care: I believe we are complex human beings, and treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit is essential to helping my patients. I love that I get to see generations of families grow and meet their healthcare goals at the SIA Health & Wellness Center.
Personal interests: I like to spend time with my husband and two children, Ava and Ben. We also like to go on family trips, hike, and play with our dog, Elphi.
Fun fact: I have lived in Haiti for 3 years.
Bill Bodine, MPAS, PA-C – Physician Assistant
Philosophy of care: I believe that our patients trust us with their health, and we have a responsibility to provide the best care possible. This means going the extra mile and not just settling for “good enough.” A cornerstone of this is forming a strong patient-provider relationship. To me, this means treating patients as if they are friends or family.
I love that we, as a clinic, share a vision for how healthcare should be. We hold ourselves to a high standard, ensuring that we provide the best possible care for our members.
Personal interests: I have 3 boys and coach their sports teams. I play acoustic and electric guitar for our church worship team and have a side business doing custom woodworking. We have a large garden and will soon have chickens.
Fun fact: I compete in powerlifting and hold Indiana state records for squat, bench press, and deadlift in two different federations.
Jonathon Christiansen, PA-C – Physician Assistant
Philosophy of care: I enjoy close interaction with members and nursing personnel. I believe in patient-centered care and encourage patients to be involved in medical decision-making regarding their care.
I have enjoyed the relationships that I’ve been able to build since joining the team in 2020. At the SIA, we practice evidence-based medicine to our full potential to better serve our members. This allows better care, cost savings and more appropriate decision-making for long-term care.
Personal interests: I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two daughters. I enjoy managing and growing our mini farm.
Fun fact: I volunteer as a firefighter and EMT in my spare time. I am the EMS Captain for our Shadeland Volunteer Fire Department.
Joe Hemersbach, MA, LSW, LMFT – Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional
Philosophy of care: Every person has the capacity to live a healthy life in physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I strive to help each member reach that potential as best they can.

Susan Stingley-Salazar, RN, NBC-HWC – Health Center Manager
Philosophy of care: Here at the SIA Health & Wellness Center, we provide medical care how it should always be done. We can see the direct impact we have not only on the member but also their family. We pride ourselves on our short wait times. We have excellent providers working with members to help them achieve their healthcare goals. Everyone who comes to the center is treated like family. We take the time to listen to our members and provide everyone with timely, quality, evidence-based medical care.
Everyone deserves high-quality, timely medical care. It should be provided by those who enjoy helping people and have the best interest of the member in mind. Those in healthcare should make navigating the healthcare system easier for everyone. We should empower the member to be their own advocate and receive high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
Personal interests: Spending time with family is the best. I enjoy lawn mowing, reading, crafting, self-care, and finding joy in ordinary moments.
Fun fact: I was one of two of the winners of the 1990 Purdue Regional Science and Engineering Fair my senior year of high school. I then competed in the International Science and Engineering Fair in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
