You can call your center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.

Rock Health Collective pharmacy: Rocket PPO Plan – Generics and select brand-name medications – FREE

Not on a Rocket medical plan? No problem! You are still welcome to use the RHC for $25 a visit. Pharmacy costs will be subject to your specific pharmacy insurance plan.

Rock Health Collective is open to all Rocket team members and their eligible dependents.
