Primary care

We offer a range of services that focus on your long-term health, including sick and preventive care. Your providers will get to know you so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage many health issues that may come up. 

Our lifestyle medicine approach ensures we’re looking at the whole picture of what impacts your wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, stress, movement and more. We can encourage healthy habits to help you achieve sustainable wellness and go beyond simply treating the symptoms you bring with you to a single appointment.

Vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at Wellness Center at Worldwide Plaza. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. 

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and community, including:

  • Influenza
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Yellow Fever
  • Tdap/Td
  • Typhoid
  • Zoster (Shingles)

Care management

You don’t have to navigate your health challenges alone. With our care management services, you can get the support you need. This no-cost benefit provides a registered nurse as your care manager to be a go-to resource for all health-related questions, prescription guidance and more. They will come up with a personalized treatment plan to help you make positive lifestyle changes to prevent, improve, manage or even reverse certain health issues. 

Our treatment plans are tailored to meet your unique needs and can address a range of conditions, such as asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes and pre-diabetes, low back pain and more. We can provide one-on-one coaching, disease specific education, self-care training and condition management tactics, diet guidelines and physical activity goals, medication counseling and preventive monitoring to manage your symptoms and help you stay well.

Mental health

We believe that your mental and emotional wellbeing are just as important as your physical health. With our mental health services, you can get the support you need. Your licensed counselors will actively work as part of your care team to support your overall health while making you feel safe and comfortable. You can conveniently meet with them in person or virtually, through video or by phone.

With a blended approach of counseling techniques and evidence-based talk therapy, our counseling services cover anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, substance abuse, work/life balance, family conflict and sleep issues.

Provider-dispensed medications

Skip the extra trip to the pharmacy. You can get your medications at no cost/ at little to no cost directly from your provider during a visit. Simply schedule an appointment, discuss your health needs and leave with your medication in hand. 

Wellness Center at Worldwide Plaza carries close to 200 medications to cover your needs. This includes over-the-counter options. You can even get up to a 90-day supply for ongoing prescriptions to reduce the number of times you need a refill. When you’re about to run out, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider. They’ll monitor your progress and offer ongoing support.

Lab services

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We perform limited onsite testing and collect and send a broader range of tests to an offsite lab when indicated. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider. 

 

Rapid results are available onsite for:

  • Glucose by finger stick
  • Rapid strep throat testing
  • Influenza testing
  • Rapid COVID antigen testing
  • Urine pregnancy testing
  • Urine dip screenings

Many other tests are available for processing by an outside lab.

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing and can also collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

Travel medicine

At Wellness Center at Worldwide Plaza, we offer travel medicine services to help you plan for your trip and to stay well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccination recommendations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral.

Our secure member portal makes it easy to connect with your care team. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can schedule appointments, message your providers, view your lab results and more – anytime, anywhere.

You can schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted care team during our regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit.

We are the nation’s leading provider of direct healthcare, which means we partner with companies to offer their employees high-quality in-person and virtual health services. We are here as your health ally to help you get, stay and be well. We do this with experience, and by shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, empowering you to make health and wellness a priority.

Members are what we call our patients. If your employer has partnered with Premise Health to provide access to our wellness centers and services, you’re automatically considered an eligible member. There is no membership fee to get started. It also reflects how much we value our care relationship with you, because to us, you’re more than just a patient – you’re a member.

A wellness center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

Wellness Center at Worldwide Plaza is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Wellness Center at Worldwide Plaza is not staffed or managed by Nomura Holding America, Inc. in any way.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

You can also call (212) 436-8222 or visit during regular center hours to make an appointment.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Same-day appointments are typically available.
