Dr. Shannon Allen-Gryzwa, Medical Director
Dr. Shannon Allen-Gryzwa graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her family medicine residency there as well. She has been a practicing family physician in Mukwonago for the last 23 years, with a special interest in health and wellness. She is passionate about using evidence-based medicine and best practices to provide excellent care to patients, especially those who have underlying chronic medical conditions. Dr. Allen-Gryzwa sees patients of all ages and can perform a full spectrum of procedures including routine dermatologic procedures, laceration repairs, joint injections, and more.

Outside of work, Dr. Allen-Gryzwa enjoys CrossFit and loves to hike and mountain bike with her husband and three boys.
Melissa Pestka, Nurse Practitioner
Melissa Pestka has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for six years. Her care focuses on Health Promotion, Disease Prevention and Education. Nurse practitioners are set apart from other healthcare providers by their unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. Melissa practices focusing on holistic care, which ensures that every patient will receive the highest quality of care possible. By treating patients holistically, she ensures they are physically, mentally and spiritually fit.
Melissa stays true to her values when caring for patients by being kind, compassionate, respectful and mindful of their concerns. When patients come to their appointments, they can look forward to a provider who pays attention to their needs and provides guidance to their desired goals.
Evette Rowley, Licensed Professional Counselor
Evette is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012.
Evette has a wealth of experience providing counseling services to a variety of populations, including children, adolescents and adults.
The power of the therapeutic relationship is a strong belief in Evette. She genuinely values the importance of building rapport with clients and supports clients in finding a therapist they feel is a good fit for them based on their individual treatment needs and goals. Evette believes in the inherent resilience of the human spirit and embraces a strengths-based lens when working with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, as well as other challenges and stressors.
She hopes to help you engage and enhance your capacity for reflection and self-awareness to better understand and navigate your past, present and future. Above all, she wants you to feel empowered and hopeful in spite of grief, loss and hardships. Evette also hopes to support you in finding purpose and joy while holding space for the challenges that life presents.
Evette promotes and embraces the practice of mindfulness and gratitude, the value of human connection and the importance of finding meaning in one’s life. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outside, traveling and spending time with her family.
