How do I make an appointment?
You can call a center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.
Will my health information be secure? Will Molson Coors have access to my personal health information?
Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. When are the wellness centers open?
Miller Health & Fitness Center
Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed for lunch 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Pete Coors Medical Clinic
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Will my current medical provider have access to my health records if I receive care at one of your centers?
After you have been treated at our health centers, you may request to send records to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or MyChart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.
Who is eligible to use the wellness centers?
Molson Coors employees, spouses and dependents (ages 2+), retirees and spouses of retirees on a MCBC medical plan are eligible to use the Miller Health & Fitness Center and Pete Coors Clinic.
How do I schedule a virtual visit with my onsite provider?
To meet virtually with one of the providers at your wellness center, you must first set up an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com if you haven’t already. Then, log in and select “Schedule an appointment.” Choose your appointment type that says “Video” or “Phone” next to it. You will then follow the prompts to complete scheduling.
How much does it cost to be seen by a provider at Miller Health & Fitness Center and Pete Coors Medical Clinic?
Payment for office visits is dependent upon your MCBC medical plan. Some visits are covered by Molson Coors.
Are same-day appointments available?
In most cases, same-day appointments are available. Schedule online or call your wellness center to see if a same-day appointment is available.
Who operates Miller Health & Fitness Center and Pete Coors Medical Clinic?
Miller Health & Fitness Center and Pete Coors Clinic are staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Miller Health & Fitness Center and Pete Coors Clinic are not staffed or managed by Molson Coors or their employees in any way.
What is My Premise Health?
My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that puts your health information in your hands. It connects you with your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.
I currently have a primary care provider (PCP) elsewhere. Can my medical records be shared between my health center and my current PCP?
Can my provider write me a prescription during a virtual visit?
A virtual visit it is just like in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.
Is a virtual visit appropriate for every medical condition?
Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need.
Are appointments required?
While walk-ins are gladly accepted, you may also schedule an appointment ahead of time. Same-day appointments are typically available.
