We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health, including sick and preventive care and management of your conditions. Your primary care provider will get to know you so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up.
Our lifestyle medicine approach ensures we’re looking at the whole picture of what impacts your wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, stress, movement and more. We can encourage healthy habits to help you achieve sustainable wellness and go beyond simply treating the symptoms you bring with you to a single appointment.
Skip the extra trip to the pharmacy. You can get your medications at no cost directly from your provider during a visit. Simply schedule an appointment, discuss your health needs and leave with your medication in hand.
Mercedes-Benz Health & Wellness Center carries close to 150 medications to cover your needs. This includes over-the-counter options. You can even get up to a 90-day supply for ongoing prescriptions to reduce the number of times you need a refill. When you’re about to run out, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider. They’ll monitor your progress and offer ongoing support.
We understand a woman’s healthcare needs are unique. Your provider will spend time getting to know you to best understand your health goals. They’ll come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health.

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing and can also collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at Mercedes-Benz Health & Wellness Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors.
Mercedes-Benz Health & Wellness Center offers wellness coaching to help improve your overall wellbeing. Our certified wellness coaches will meet you where you are and help you make actionable goals to build new skills and make positive lifestyle changes. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and can take place virtually or in-person.
Our wellness coaches address a variety of lifestyle needs, including weight and stress management, nutrition coaching, physical activity routines, tobacco cessation, work/life balance and life satisfaction. They will help you reach your wellness goals through individual wellness coaching and goal setting, group education and lifestyle management programs, corporate challenges, and health and nutrition promotion through seminars, health fairs, meditations and podcasts. Wellness coaching is available virtually for all Mercedes- Benz employees and their eligible dependents.
Our secure member portal makes it easy to connect with your care team. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can schedule appointments, message your providers, view your lab results and more – anytime, anywhere.

Members are what we call our patients. If your employer has partnered with Premise Health to provide access to our wellness centers and services, you’re automatically considered an eligible member. There is no membership fee to get started. It also reflects how much we value our care relationship with you, because to us, you’re more than just a patient – you’re a member.
A wellness center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.
Mercedes-Benz Health & Wellness Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and wellness coaches. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Your wellness center is not staffed or managed by Mercedes-Benz or their employees in any way.
My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.

There is no cost to utilize the Mercedes-Benz Health & Wellness Center and all medications received onsite at the center are no cost, as well.

We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff.
