We’re one of the nation’s leading providers of direct healthcare, and we’re here as your health ally to help keep you at your best. We do this with experience, and shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, empowering you to make health and wellness a priority.

My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that puts your health information in your hands. It connects you with your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.

You can call your center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.

Any services provided at the center do not cost the employee anything.

All team members and dependents currently covered under the McCoy Federal Credit Union health insurance program through Health Plans Inc., are eligible to use the health center.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the wellness center.

Yes, we offer lab services at no charge. You must have an order from one of our Premise Health providers or from an outside provider. Labs can’t be done without an order.

If your labs have been ordered by an outside provider, we will send out the specimen and the lab will report your results to the ordering provider.

Yes, If you go to the McCoy Federal Credit Union Employee Health and Wellness Center and are prescribed a medication that is available on-site, you can get your prescription right there. We also offer mail-order options (Ask your Premise Provider). If you are prescribed a medication from a provider outside of Premise Health, our providers can collaborate with that provider and dispense the outside prescription.

Yes, if you have a primary care doctor you love you do not have to give them up. You can see both your primary and get care at the center if you like. You may find it easier or quicker to use Premise for some things.
