Who is eligible to use the Roche Wellness Center?

All Roche Employees enrolled in a Roche United Healthcare employer-sponsored plan are eligible for services based on plan benefits.

At Roche Wellness Center – Ventana, covered dependents (ages six and older) are eligible for services.

We take your privacy seriously. 

Premise Health agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing the privacy and security of your personal health information. To the extent, the information is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”), Premise Health will abide by HIPAA and maintain the privacy and security of your Protected Health Information (“PHI”) in accordance with its Notice of Privacy Practices (“Notice”). This Notice is also available at Health Center and on the Premise Health website.
