Premise Health is the organization that operates and staffs your wellness center. We’re one of the nation’s leading providers of direct healthcare, and we’re here as your health ally to help keep you at your best. My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that puts your health information in your hands. It connects you with your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.

You can call your center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.

Visits at the HealthyU Health & Wellness Center are available at no cost to employees on Flexcon’s insurance plan. For those not on Flexcon’s insurance plan, copays are $30.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the wellness center.

A virtual visit is just like an in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.

After you have been treated at our health centers, you may request to send records to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or MyChart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.

Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need.
