Your primary care provider will get to know you so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up.

Lab services

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing and can also collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

Vaccines

Our pharmacy is a convenient way to fill your prescriptions. The pharmacists here are an extension of your care team, working with your provider as needed to support your overall health. We not only fill your prescriptions, we take time to get to know you so we can help you manage your conditions and reach your health goals.

The DENSO Family Health Center Pharmacy is conveniently located within the Health Center to get your prescriptions to you faster and easier.

We can provide immediate prescription fills or refills, medication therapy consultation, health test services, immunizations, 90-day prescription fills, medication adherence monitoring, travel consultation, medication synchronization, and discounted over-the-counter medications, as well as easy prescription transfers and low-cost generics for you and your family.
