DENSO Family Health Center and Pharmacy

Frequently asked questions

General

Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their wellness centers.

Members are what we call our patients who are eligible to use a wellness center operated by Premise Health. It’s not a membership that you have to pay for or apply to be a part of. You’re simply considered a member once your employer has partnered with us to provide your health and wellness services.

A health center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

The DENSO Family Health Center and Pharmacy is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. DENSO Family Health Center and Pharmacy is not staffed or managed by DENSO.

While where you receive care is a personal choice, we hope you’ll consider trusting us with your overall wellbeing, much like DENSO has trusted us as a partner in health. We’d love to see you soon!

My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your health by providing convenient access to book and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view visit history, see your test results and more.
