How do I make an appointment?
You can call a center directly or stop by during regular business hours and make an appointment in person. You can also visit mypremisehealth.com or schedule an appointment through the My Premise Health app. If you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and/or reschedule.

Who is eligible to use the Health & Wellness Centers?
Health & Wellness Center services are available to active Warner Bros. Discovery employees who are eligible for a Company sponsored medical option.
When are the Health & Wellness Centers open?
Ivy Station:
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 4 p.m. PST
Second Century:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PST
Techwood:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST

Will my current medical provider have access to my health records if I receive care at one of your centers?
After you have been treated at our health centers, you may request to send records to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or MyChart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.
How much does a visit cost?
Preventive care services are covered at no cost to you. However, a $35 fee is charged for non-preventive services. If you are enrolled in a WBD PPO medical option, services will be covered based on the terms of the Warner Bros. Discovery Group Health Plan.
How do I schedule a virtual visit with my onsite provider?
Yes. To meet virtually with one of the providers at your Health & Wellness Center, you must first set up an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com if you haven’t already. Then, log in and select “Schedule an appointment.” Choose your appointment type and follow the prompts to complete scheduling.
What is My Premise Health?
My Premise Health is a secure online and mobile tool that puts your health information in your hands. It connects you with your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.
Can my provider write me a prescription during a virtual visit?
Are appointments required?
While walk-ins are gladly accepted, you may also schedule an appointment ahead of time. Same-day appointments are typically available.
Will my health information be secure? Will Warner Bros. Discovery have access to my personal health information?
