Tanya Bogle, MD, Family Medicine
Tanya graduated from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in microbiology and earned her medical degree from Florida International University. She completed her family medicine residency training at the University of South Florida.
Tanya is passionate about preventive care with a special interest in lifestyle medicine.
In her free time, she likes to study foreign languages, play the piano and travel.
Morris Evans, DMSc, PA-C, Physician Assistant
Morris Evans is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He earned his PA degree from Touro University International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. He recently completed his Doctor of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University. His clinical experience includes family, internal, occupational, and travel medicine.
Sarah LeMaster, MSN, NP-C, APRN, Nurse Practitioner
Sarah LeMaster is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and then subsequently her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Sarah has worked in Family Practice settings for over 9 years with ages spanning from infant to older adults. She has experience in wellness care, women’s health, chronic condition care, sick visits, and minor office procedures. Sarah likes to practice holistic care- which focuses on the whole person and their individual needs- while using evidenced-based guidelines to lead to best outcomes.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, fun runs, time with family, and theme parks.
Tina Tolentino, MSN, RN, Group Health Center Manager
Tina began her healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant and furthered her career in 2016, earning her Nursing degree and Registered Nurse license. She recently went back to school and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree with Chamberlain University. She is a Florida native and an active member of the Florida Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Tina has worked as a Nurse and leader since 2017. Her favorite part of her role are the relationships she gets to build with her patients over time, being there to help them in the hard times, and watching them enjoy their health and wellness.
In her free time, Tina loves spending time with her family, cruising, and enjoying the Central Florida attractions!
