General

Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their health centers.

Members are what we call our patients who use a health center operated by Premise Health. At Universal Orlando, Premise Health operates the TeamCare North and TeamCare South Health Centers and Pharmacies. All Team Members badged in on campus have access to the TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy. If enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan, the services received by you, your spouse/domestic partner or children (ages 12+) will be covered on an in-network basis. Team Members who are not enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan are eligible for care at standard market rates.

A health center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

The TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. TeamCare Health Center is not staffed or managed by Universal Orlando or their employees in any way.

Where you receive care is your choice. While you are under no obligation to use the TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy, we hope you’ll consider trying our services to enhance your overall wellbeing. Please keep in mind, you can access both the TeamCare North and TeamCare South locations based on what is most convenient for you.

My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your health information by providing convenient access to book and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view visit history, see your test results and more. Not registered? For first time visitors, please call or visit our health center to register.

If you are registering for the first time, please call (407) 224-2273 or visit the health center in order to set up your account. If you have already registered with the health center, you may proceed in using the portal at your convenience.

Eligibility and cost

All Team Members badged in on campus have access to the TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy. If enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan, the services received by you, your spouse/domestic partner or children (ages 12+) will be covered on an in-network basis. Team Members who are not enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan are eligible for care at standard market rates.

Team Members and their spouses/domestic partners and children (ages 12+) who are enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan can utilize the TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy on an in-network basis. Our medical plan provides coverage for all preventive care services at 100% and you will be responsible to pay a $10 copay for all other services.

Team Members who are not enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan are eligible for care at standard market rates and will be required to remit payment at the time services are rendered. The TeamCare Health Center will provide you with a statement so you can submit a claim for the visit to your other insurance provider.

Confidentiality

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the TeamCare Health Center.

Yes, you can request that your PCP share your records with the TeamCare Health Center by completing your provider’s record sharing process. You can also transfer your records and designate a provider at the TeamCare Health Center as your new PCP.

Scheduling

Once you create a My Premise Health account, you can easily schedule a visit through the My Premise Health app or online at MyPremiseHealth.com. Simply log in, select “Schedule an Appointment” and choose your appointment type. Not registered? For first time visitors, please call (407) 224-2273 or visit our health center to register.

You can also call your health center or visit during regular center hours to make an appointment.

If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.

In most cases, same-day appointments are available. Schedule online or call your health center to see if a same-day appointment is available.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted based on availability, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Virtual visits

If you have not done so already, first set up your account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Then, log in and select “Get Care Now.” A Premise Health team member will then put you in touch with your provider to begin your visit.

To meet virtually with one of the providers at the TeamCare Health Center, you must first set up an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com if you haven’t already. Then, log in and select “Schedule an appointment.” Choose your appointment type that says “Video” or “Phone” next to it. You will then follow the prompts to complete scheduling.

A virtual visit it is just like in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.

Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need.

Pharmacy

All Team Members badged in on campus have access to the TeamCare Health Center and Pharmacy. If enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan, the services received by you, your spouse/domestic partner or children (ages 12+) will be covered on an in-network basis. Team Members who are not enrolled in a Universal Orlando or Comcast NBCUniversal medical plan are eligible for care at standard market rates.

You can easily drop off your prescriptions at TeamCare Pharmacy or your provider can e-prescribe them directly to the pharmacy. If your prescribing provider is part of the TeamCare Health Center, they will send your prescription to the TeamCare pharmacy after your appointment so you can pick it up the same day, making for a seamless experience.

The TeamCare North Pharmacy is located within the TeamCare North Health Center at 5881 Turkey Lake Rd., Suite B2-02, Orlando, FL 32819.

The TeamCare South Pharmacy is located within the TeamCare South Health Center at 1 Opportunity Way, B1000, Suite 1060, Orlando, FL 32819.

The TeamCare Pharmacy is conveniently located within the TeamCare Health Center. This means you can get your prescriptions faster and easier. Also, our pharmacists go above and beyond what you experience at your typical pharmacy. They take the time to get to know you and work with your primary care provider to support your overall health. We also offer a wide range of services that go beyond simply prescribing medications, such as vaccine administration and discounted over-the-counter medications and products, as well as easy prescription transfers and low-cost generics.

Services

Preventive care includes routine checkups and screenings that help you stay healthy in the long-term. These are visits you make when you’re feeling well to catch any health issues early or improve your wellbeing, including annual physicals, cancer screenings, vaccinations and more.

Non-preventive care on the other hand, includes visits you schedule when you’re not feeling well. These are meant to address your symptoms to find out what’s wrong and get you back to feeling your best. Some examples include sick visits and treatment for issues like cold and flu, allergies, injuries and more.

Yes, your health center can perform blood draws and other lab tests ordered by an outside provider. All lab orders must be faxed or dropped off at the center to ensure we have the proper supplies for the required testing. The results will be faxed to your outside provider. You can follow up with the ordering provider to discuss results and retain a copy.

The TeamCare Pharmacies have the COVID-19 vaccine available and COVID-19 OTC test kits for purchase. During a visit, we can perform the COVID-19 test as part of your appointment.
