Dr. Kimberly Allman, MD – Medical Director

Dr. Allman received her Bachelor of Nutritional Science from Kansas State University in 1996 and her Medical Doctoral Degree from the University of Kansas Medical School in 2000. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Wesley Family Practice from 2000 to 2003 and is a Board-certified Family Physician. Her professional affiliations include the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, Kansas Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and Kansas Academy of Family Physicians.

Donna Berry, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C – Nurse Practitioner

Donna received her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from Kansas Newman University in 1993, and she attended Tabor University in Kansas, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2011. She then completed her graduate degree at Fort Hays University in 2017. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Donna is approaching thirty years of working in health care.

Gabbi Turner, PA-C – Physician Assistant

Gabbi obtained her Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant studies in 2001 at Wichita State University. She has completed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Gabbi has a variety of experience in family practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, and cardiology.

Patricia Corning, BSN, RN, CDCES – Condition Nurse Care Manager

Pattie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and national certification as a diabetes educator. She has over 30 years of experience working in various settings, including endocrinology, case management, wound care, and patient education. She helps members learn about and navigate their health journey with different chronic conditions.

Denise Bishop, MBA, LSCSW – Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Specialist

Denise holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Business Administration from Newman University. She has an over 35-year history of working in both the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. She has worked with various populations and is dedicated to helping individuals identify their strengths and recognize their ability to learn, grow, and change.

Zane Ochs PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT – Physical Therapist

Zane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University in 2010 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013. Zane achieved Orthopedic Clinical Specialist status from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2015 and Fellowship status from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2018.

Tanna Schnieders – Wellness Coach

Tanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University. She is a Wellness Coach, and is currently on the path to becoming board-certified. Tanna works in Wichita for Premise Health, where she helps members reach their goals and helps improve their quality of life through a coaching style geared towards longevity and a program tailored to fit each member’s lifestyle.
