Dr. Kimberly Allman, MD – Medical Director

Dr. Allman received her Bachelor of Nutritional Science from Kansas State University in 1996 and her Medical Doctoral Degree from the University of Kansas Medical School in 2000. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Wesley Family Practice from 2000 to 2003 and is a Board-certified Family Physician. Her professional affiliations include the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, Kansas Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and Kansas Academy of Family Physicians. 

Donna Berry, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C – Nurse Practitioner

Donna received her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from Kansas Newman University in 1993, and she attended Tabor University in Kansas, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2011. She then completed her graduate degree at Fort Hays University in 2017. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Donna is approaching thirty years of working in health care.

Gabbi Turner, PA-C – Physician Assistant

Gabbi obtained her Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant studies in 2001 at Wichita State University. She has completed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Gabbi has a variety of experiences in family practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, and cardiology.

Kären Bally, RN, BSN – Health Center Manager

Kären holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University and completed her general studies at Newman University. She has been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years. Kären has held various leadership roles over the past ten years with a focus on infection prevention/control, quality, safety, and risk management at a large hospital system.

Patricia Corning, BSN, RN, CDCES – Condition Nurse Care Manager

Pattie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and national certification as a diabetes educator. She has over 30 years of experience working in various settings, including endocrinology, case management, wound care, and patient education. She helps members learn about and navigate their health journey with different chronic conditions.

Lisa Pagani, RN, BSN - Condition Nurse Care Manager

Lisa is a Registered Nurse. Lisa offers more than 20 years of combined case management, nursing, and health services leadership experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Mary of the Plains College in Dodge City Kansas. Additionally, Lisa holds the following certifications/designations: Certified Case Manager (CCMC), Chronic Care Professional Health Coach (CCP HealthSciences), and Professional Health Insurance Advanced Studies (PHIAS AHIP)

Denise Bishop, MBA, LSCSW – Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Specialist

Denise holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Business Administration from Newman University. She has an over 35-year history of working in both the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. She has worked with various populations and is dedicated to helping individuals identify their strengths and recognize their ability to learn, grow, and change.

Jennifer Otis, LSCSW, LMSW, - Behavioral Health Specialist

Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years experience serving the greater Wichita community. Jennifer graduated from Kansas State University in 2011 with her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Psychology. In 2016, she obtained her Master of Social Work from Newman University. Jennifer’s goal is to provide the employees and families of Aviation with the best compassionate and professional care they expect and deserve.

Amanda Luke, RMA – Registered Medical Assistant

Amanda graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2009.She has experience working in Family Medicine, Speciality services, and Urology with a focus on Women’s Health. She has been contributing to the health care industry for more than 17 years.

Debbie Shaver, RMA – Registrered Medical Assistant

Deborah received her Medical Assistant certification from Heritage University in 2010 and obtained her certification from the Certifying Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants through successful completion of The Certified Medical Assistant Certification Exam. Deborah has worked in healthcare for more than 10 years and enjoys patient care.

Shannon Pierson, RMA, - Registered Medical Assistant

Shannon provides laboratory services and routine care at the health center. She plans and manages member care according to each member’s needs. Shannon is credentialed through The American Medical Technologists (AMT).

Staci Ragan, LRT(R), - Licensed Radiologic Technologist

Staci is a Licensed Radiologic Technologist from the Wichita area. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Technology through Hutchinson Community College that she obtained in 2004. She has current Registries through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.

Zane Ochs PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT – Physical Therapist

Zane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University in 2010 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013. Zane achieved Orthopedic Clinical Specialist status from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2015 and Fellowship status from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2018.

Jared Gerstenkorn PT, - Physical Therapist

Jared obtained his  B.A. in Exercise Science from Wichita State University while simultaneously receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of St. Mary in 2016. He is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist Board certified through the American Physical Therapy Association, and he has advanced training in vestibular and manual therapy. Jared has a particular interest in treating vestibular/concussion issues and orthopedic conditions.

Matthew Truman PTA, - Physical Therapist Assistant

Matt is a Wichita native and graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School. He then attended Wichita State University where he ran Track and Field. He Graduated from WSU with a degree in Exercise Science, and worked as a performance coach and personal trainer for nearly10 years. In 2019 he obtained his PTA degree from Hutch Community College. He has been practicing physical therapy for more than 4 years.
