Virtual counseling nationwide is an offering available to you through your employer in partnership with Premise Health, the world’s leading direct healthcare provider. It allows you to conveniently and confidentially speak to a counselor during designated hours by video or phone from the comfort and privacy of your home, wherever you live in the U.S. Virtual counseling appointments can be scheduled on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com.
Our counselors can treat and provide support for a variety of health-related issues including depression and anxiety, family conflict, sleep issues, stress management, adjustment challenges, work/life balance and more. Should you need additional support, they can also provide psychological testing and assessments, as well as referrals for specialized counseling.
A virtual counselor will conduct your appointment in the same way they would an in-person visit. You will get the same great quality care you receive in-person, virtually. The only difference is that you get the added convenience of not having to travel to an office and may also feel more comfortable in a personal setting at home.
Premise Health offers options when it comes to meeting your emotional and physical health needs. Our virtual counseling offering is a great option no matter where you live in the U.S. You can skip the hassle of commuting to a local counselor’s office and instead talk to one securely online from wherever you feel most comfortable. Or if there’s a counselor available at your local wellness center, you can also choose to see them in-person or virtually.
Virtual counseling services are by appointment only, so you’ll be able to schedule with one of our counselors during their designated hours. These services are not meant for emergency situations.
