Dr. Kim Gloystein, MD Medical Director

Dr. Kim Gloystein is a native of Nebraska and received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 1983. He then came to Kalamazoo, Michigan and finished his residency in Internal Medicine as chief resident in 1987. He is board-certified in internal medicine. 

During his career, he has had a special interest in acute care and has worked as an emergency room physician and in urgent care. He has treated patients in the office setting, ER and UC in southwest Michigan for over 30 years. His experience in acute care has reinforced his belief in the importance of preventative care and diligent management of chronic disease.

Dr. Gloystein is married to his wife Carrie and has three children and one grandchild. His other interests include golfing, home improvement projects and spending time with family and friends.

April Felton, FNP-C

April brings 14 years of nursing experience to Premise Health. She received her undergraduate degree at Robert B. Miller College and her master’s degree in Nursing at South University. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a family Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. 

She enjoys helping patients with their healthcare needs and promoting wellness. When not caring for DENSO associates, April enjoys working on her farm and riding her horses.

Michelle Mellinger-Wolschlager, NP

Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in social work in 1997 from Western Michigan University, associate degree in nursing from Kellogg Community College in 2001 and master’s degree in nursing from Michigan State University in 2010. She has a Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

She spent her time as an RN working in home care, case management, family practice and pediatrics. Her years of practice as an NP have given her plenty of experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Psychiatry and the treatment of Substance Use Disorders.

Michelle resides with her husband, teenage son and three dogs. Her interests include spending time with family and friends, spoiling her dogs, watching movies and traveling when she can.

She believes that listening and communicating with patients is an important part of care. Working as a team and helping assess and treat mental and physical health issues for individuals and families helps to bring a whole-person approach to care.

Laura Everett, PT – Physical Therapist

Laura is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with 13 years of clinical practice in the field of physical therapy. She first attended Kellogg Community College, where she received her Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2006. She then went on to continue her education and graduated from the University of Findlay with her DPT in 2015. 

Laura brings a variety of clinical experience to the DENSO team, including outpatient, skilled nursing, home health, acute care, pediatrics and aquatics. She uses her knowledge to assist clients in achieving their full rehab potential. Endeavoring her lifestyle, she continues to learn new skills and has completed a certification in running and dance. Downtime for her is enjoying being active outdoors, weightlifting and coaching. 

Rebecca Minser, RN, Health Center Manager

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University in 2014. She has a background in acute care, primary care for pediatrics and adults, occupational health and infection control. She believes in a team-based approach to medicine with an emphasis on customer service. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and daughters, work in her garden and travel.
