Your primary care provider will get to know you so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. The best part? You can schedule same-day, next-day and virtual appointments and message your provider using your secure member portal, My Premise Health. Women's health

We understand a woman’s healthcare needs are unique. Your provider will spend time getting to know you to best understand your health goals. They’ll come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health. Along with general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health:

  • Cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears)
  • Pregnancy testing

Provider-dispensed medications

Skip the extra trip to the pharmacy. You can get your medications at little to no cost directly from your provider during a visit. Simply schedule an appointment, discuss your health needs and leave with your medication in hand.

The AlloCares Health Clinic carries close to 100 medications to cover your needs. This includes over-the-counter options. You can even get up to a 90-day supply for ongoing prescriptions to reduce the number of times you need a refill. When you’re about to run out, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider. They’ll monitor your progress and offer ongoing support.

Lab services

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing and can also collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

Wellness coaching

Wellness coaching can help you achieve lasting lifestyle change in the areas of weight management, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, smoking cessation, work/life balance and life satisfaction. 

Our certified wellness coaches are trained specialists who support you as you move toward better health at a comfortable pace. They will help you set actionable goals and teach you new skills as you learn to incorporate healthier habits into your daily routine. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and take place virtually.

Vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at AlloCares Health Clinic. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and community, including:

  • Influenza (Flu)
  • COVID-19
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tdap/Td (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis/Whooping Cough)

We're also available virtually.

You can get the same great care you receive in person at AlloCares Health Clinic, by phone or video. This convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted provider during our regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go. 

Here are a few reasons you might want to schedule a virtual visit:*

  • Follow-up appointment or to review test results
  • Cough, fever or sore throat
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Cold, flu, COVID-19 or allergy symptoms
  • Stomachache, headache or earache

*To conduct a virtual visit, you must be in the same state in which your provider is licensed.

Additional support for those in need.

Your health and wellness extend beyond the symptoms you bring to appointments. That’s why when you visit the AlloCares Health Clinic, your provider may ask about other aspects of your life, such as your financial situation or personal safety. We ask everyone these questions, because you never really know what a person is going through until given the chance to speak.

We are available for your needs, even from a distance. My Premise Health, our secure member portal, makes it easy to connect with your care team virtually. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can schedule appointments, message your provider, view your lab results and more – anytime, anywhere.

Premise Health is the organization that operates and staffs the AlloCares Health Clinic. We are the nation’s leading provider of direct healthcare, which means we partner with companies to offer their employees high-quality in-person and virtual health services. We are here as your health ally to help you get, stay and be well. We do this with experience, and by shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, empowering you to make health and wellness a priority.

Members are what we call our patients. If your employer has partnered with Premise Health to provide access to our wellness centers and services, you’re automatically considered an eligible member. There is no membership fee to get started. It also reflects how much we value our care relationship with you, because to us, you’re more than just a patient – you’re a member.

The AlloCares Clinic is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Your medical staff includes a combination of providers and medical assistants. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. The AlloCares Clinic is not staffed or managed by AlloSource or their employees in any way.

All members, regardless of whether they participate in AlloSource’s insurance plan, are eligible to use the clinic for biometric screenings, flu and Hep B vaccines. Members who participate in AlloSource’s insurance plan are eligible for these and all other services.

For members who participate in the Cigna PPO plan, there is no cost for any services. For members who participate in the Cigna HDHP plan, there is a $25 cost per visit. All employees are eligible to have an annual biometric screening with follow-up visit, flu shots and Hep B vaccines provided at no charge.

All employees are eligible to use the center for a biometric screening with a follow-up visit, flu shots and Hep B vaccines. All employees, spouses and eligible dependents who participate in AlloSource’s insurance plan are eligible to use the clinic for these and all other services. 

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the AlloCares Health Clinic.

You can easily schedule appointments through the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Once you create your account, sign in and select “Schedule an Appointment” and choose your appointment type.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
