Whether it’s the weekend, late at night or even a holiday, you can count on our licensed Premise Health providers to answer your call anywhere within the United States.

With “Get Care Now,” you have 24/7 access to a team of on-demand providers by phone or video at the same cost as an in-person visit. Simply create your My Premise Health account, log in and select “Get Care Now” to get connected right away.

Access Virtual Primary Care for ongoing needs.

Virtual Primary Care offers more than on-demand support. You can see the same provider for your routine and urgent care visits every time by choosing one of our virtual providers as your designated Primary Care Provider. These visits are ideal for routine care, ongoing management, follow-ups, preventive care and personalized guidance – all without leaving home.

Get virtual mental health support.

Your mental wellbeing matters – and getting ongoing support is simple with Virtual Behavioral Health visits. Meet with licensed counselors and therapists without long wait times or a trip to the wellness center.

Connect from home, work or wherever feels most comfortable while receiving confidential, personalized support for concerns like stress, anxiety, grief, sleep issues and more. Every session is private, confidential, convenient and designed to help you feel understood, supported and empowered.

Schedule virtual same-day or next-day appointments with your Premise Health care team at the Greenheck Group Wellness Center – all from the comfort of home.

These phone or video visits are:

Conveniently scheduled. Available during your center’s regular hours. Select a time that works best with your schedule.

Familiar and trusted. With the same provider you know and trust at your Greenheck Group Wellness Center.

Affordable. Anyone eligible to use the center can schedule a virtual appointment, and the cost is the same as an in-person appointment.

Good for ongoing care. Many conditions can be treated virtually – check with your center. Virtual appointments are also good for follow-ups or to review test results without the need to come into the center.

For in-state care only. To conduct a virtual visit with your onsite provider, you must be located in the same state in which your provider is licensed.
