Most services are available at low or no cost to eligible employees, depending on the employee’s benefits plan.

The Dallas and Lenox centers, which offer the full suite of services, are available to all employees eligible for management benefits and bargained employees enrolled in company-sponsored, self-insured medical coverage who have badge access to the buildings.

AT&T Health & Wellbeing Centers that provide only mental health services are available to all active U.S. employees who have badge access to the buildings.

After you have been treated at our health centers, you may request to send records to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or MyChart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.

You can pay for services at the time of your visit using a credit or debit card, HSA card, or FSA card.

If you have an outstanding balance, you can log in to your My Premise Health account or select Pay as a Guest at mypremisehealth.com.

For additional billing questions, contact our billing support team at [email protected] or 1-844-407-1965.

Virtual visits are available through My Premise Health, either on the web or through the mobile app. Virtual appointments provide the same high-quality care you receive in person.

To meet virtually with a provider, you must first set up an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com if you haven’t already. Then, log in and select “Schedule an appointment.” Choose your appointment type that says “Video” or “Phone” next to it. You will then follow the prompts to complete scheduling. You’ll receive a secure link to join your visit from any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

A virtual visit is just like an in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.

Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need.

Beginning January 1, 2026, members are allowed up to 15 chiropractic visits per calendar year. This policy helps us keep appointment times available for all members who need care.
