Women's health
Women have unique healthcare needs. Our providers spend time getting to know you, or the women in your life, to best understand your health goals. They’ll come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health. Along with general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health: breast cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), and education for self-awareness.
Condition management
You don’t have to navigate your health alone. With our condition management services, you and your family can get the support you need to manage your conditions and take control of your health. Our providers will come up with personalized treatment strategies to help you make positive lifestyle changes to prevent, improve, manage or even reverse certain health issues.
Our treatment plans are tailored to meet your unique needs and can address a range of conditions, such as asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes and pre-diabetes, low back pain and more. We can provide one-on-one coaching, disease specific education, self-care training and condition management tactics, diet guidelines and physical activity goals, medication counseling and preventive and ongoing monitoring to manage your conditions and help you and your family stay well.
Vaccines
You have convenient access to some vaccines at the Willis ISD Health & Wellness Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you and your family, based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can easily schedule an appointment to receive your vaccines.
We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community. Please talk with your provider about which vaccines are available.

Lab services
To support you and your eligible dependent’s needs, we offer clinical lab services that include onsite testing and specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health patient portal or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.
We can perform and process the following lab tests onsite: glucose testing, rapid strep testing, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings and rapid mono testing.
*Turnaround time for results is subject to national trends and case surges.
Wellness
Willis ISD Health & Wellness Center takes a holistic approach to your health by focusing on your overall wellness, preventive care and chronic conditions. Our wellness programs promote nutrition and physical activity, as well as managing stress and relationships. Your wellness providers will personalize your wellness plan and help you and your eligible dependents make positive lifestyle changes for a healthier you.

Wellness coaching
Willis ISD Health & Wellness Center offers wellness coaching to help improve your overall wellbeing. Our certified wellness coaches will meet you where you are and help you make actionable goals to build new skills and make positive lifestyle changes. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and can take place virtually or in-person.
Our wellness coaches address a variety of lifestyle needs, including weight and stress management, nutrition coaching, physical activity routines, tobacco cessation, work/life balance and life satisfaction. They will help you reach your wellness goals through individual wellness coaching and goal setting. Wellness coaching is available virtually for all eligible members.

Prescription delivery
Skip the line at the pharmacy for your chronic condition medications. Instead, get your prescriptions shipped right to your door at home for no additional cost, to you. You’ll save money with low-cost generics and 90-day fills.
When it’s time to refill, your pharmacist will reach out to make sure you get your medications when you need them. If you have multiple prescriptions, they’ll even make sure to consolidate them into a single shipment. It’s personalized, convenient and saves you money.

This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted provider during your center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their wellness centers.
Members are what we call our patients who are eligible to use a wellness center operated by Premise Health. It’s not a membership that you have to pay for or apply to be a part of. You’re simply considered a member once your employer has partnered with us to provide your health and wellness services.
A wellness center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.
Willis ISD Health & Wellness Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Your medical staff includes a combination of providers and medical assistants. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. The Willis ISD Health & Wellness Center is not staffed or managed by Willis ISD or Willis ISD employees in any way.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within Willis ISD Wellness Center.

My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your health by providing convenient access to book and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view visit history, see your test results and more.
- All eligible members can have their chronic condition medication prescriptions filled at no cost by using SavRx. The Provider will place this order for the member and SavRx will deliver the prescriptions to the member’s home address.
- Non-chronic medication prescriptions can be filled at your preferred local pharmacy. The cost to the member will vary depending on which local pharmacy they choose.
We offer the Tdap and Flu vaccines in the clinic. We will explore options to add vaccines as requested.
