Refresh your mind and body at Wellbeing 360, a one-day virtual expo with Premise Health. Through a mix of active and informative sessions covering topics related to nutrition, fitness and wellness, you’ll get the boost you’ve been needing to improve your overall wellbeing.

We’re offering the event at no cost to you as a member of your employer-sponsored, Premise Health wellness center. Registration is open by session, so you can register for all 13 topics offered or just the ones that interest you.

This session will delve deeper into visual, auditory, physical and aromatic connections, while exploring how meditation can be combined with movement to add physical activity to the day, improve sport performance and enhance enjoyment in activities of daily living. Such exploration strengthens the mind/body connection, while opening a world of endless possibilities and elevating mental wellbeing.

Afternoon Yoga

The practice of yoga has been described as an act of self-care, and a regular yoga practice builds strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation and mental concentration. Take the time to focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and yoga poses (asana) that help strengthen what’s weak and open what’s tight. All levels are welcome with modifications offered. Props such as yoga blocks and straps may be suggested but are not required.

Whether you are a runner, walker, class-goer, weightlifter or a worker whose job includes repetitious movements, overuse injuries impact us all. This session will cover what can cause overuse injuries, corrective exercises to address common “injuries” and when it’s time to call in support.

No, Wellbeing 360 is an exclusive virtual expo that is only available to Premise Health members through their employer-sponsored wellness center.

No, you can register for the full day of 13 sessions or just the ones you’re interested in.

Click the links in the agenda section above to register by session.

You will receive a Zoom link when you register for Wellbeing 360 that will be sent to your email address. You can also add it to your Outlook or Google calendar. When it’s time to join the sessions that you registered for, you will simply click the Zoom link to join.

The only active fitness session that may include some equipment is Afternoon Yoga. Props such as yoga blocks and straps may be suggested, however, no equipment is required.
