Prescription delivery through the virtual pharmacy is free to you as a Premise Health member. You are only responsible for your prescription copays and any added over-the-counter medications, which are typically lower in cost than what you would pay at other pharmacies. You will always get fast and free shipping.

No, you do not need to be home to receive your medications. Your local carrier will simply leave them for you in your mailbox or on your doorstep.

There are some limitations regarding certain medications being shipped across state lines. For information regarding your specific medication(s), please contact the pharmacy team at (877) 703-4430.

Before it’s time to refill, your Premise Health virtual pharmacist will reach out to make sure you get your medications when you need them. If you no longer need the medication, just let your pharmacist know and they won’t mail them to you.

Members typically receive their medications within 1-2 business days, depending on delivery location and carrier schedule. Keep in mind that we do not provide same-day delivery. If you need a medication right away, such as an antibiotic for an infection, we recommend that you send your prescription to your nearest pharmacy and pick it up as soon as possible.

  • If this is your first time using our virtual pharmacy, call (877) 703-4430 during regular business hours to get set up. Our hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT, Monday – Friday. We close for lunch from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. CT.
  • You can also communicate with your virtual pharmacist right from your My Premise Health app or on mypremisehealth.com. Once you create your account, simply sign in, select “Send a Message,” “Member Services Question” then “Pharmacy Services.” Submit your secure message and your virtual pharmacist will reply to you as soon as possible through My Premise Health. We recommend connecting with a pharmacy team member by calling (877) 703-4430 to first get set up with virtual pharmacy, so they can walk you through this process and answer any questions you may have.
  • My Premise Health is your member portal. It’s a secure online and mobile tool you can use to manage your health information and contact your care team. To register, visit mypremisehealth.com and click on “Sign Up Now” under “New User.” If you need help, click on “Contact Support.” You can also download the My Premise Health app in the App Store or on Google Play.
  • You do not need a My Premise Health account to use your virtual pharmacy service. However, it is a convenient tool that can help you manage your care and stay connected with your virtual pharmacist. Once you call (877) 703-4430 to set up virtual pharmacy and you have created your account, simply sign in, select “Send a Message,” “Member Services Question” and then “Pharmacy Services.” Submit your secure message and they’ll reply as soon as possible.
