Dr. Mark Wisner, Medical Director
Dr. Wisner is the medical director at the Pete Coors Medical Clinic in Golden, Colorado.
Dr. Wisner grew up in Colorado Springs and attended CU-Boulder, where he received his undergraduate degree in molecular biology. He then attended Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in California for his medical training, spending his final two years of clinical courses in Colorado. To complete his medical training, he graduated from the St. Anthony Hospital Family Medicine residency program in Denver. Dr. Wisner has practiced in Colorado for the last sixteen years with the last five located in Kremmling.
Dr. Wisner views medicine as a way to meld his aptitude for science and interest in people. He hopes patients who see him apply this passion to their care to help effect positive change in their lives. He views his job as an educator, assisting patients to make informed decisions that will improve their lives as they move along their health path. His osteopathic training also offers him a niche in musculoskeletal care.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Wisner’s time is outdoor and sport-focused. He and his wife, Laura, love hanging out with their son and daughter, camping, hiking and skiing. He also loves to ride bikes of any kind and trail running.
Lacie Esser, Physician Assistant
Lacie is a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) at Western University of Health Sciences in California. After graduating, Lacie returned to Colorado, where she has spent the past 12 years practicing as a Physician Assistant in occupational medicine and urgent care. Prior to that, she also worked in primary care.
Lacie is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and believes in a collaborative approach to healthcare. She is excited to continue her work in occupational medicine while also returning to primary care, where she can treat the whole person and support her patients in taking an active role in their health.
Outside of work, Lacie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves the outdoors and often spends her free time running, hiking, and camping.
Tom Edgar, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Tom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving in the mental health field for over 30 years. He received a BA in psychology and MSW from the University of Kansas. He has a long and varied experience providing counseling in private practice, consulting for the military as a Military Family Life Specialist, and managing and delivering Employee Assistance Program services to business and industry.
As a counselor, he is focused on partnering with clients to support mental health in the areas of depression, anxiety, work/life stress, trauma and substance use. He also counsels in the areas of relationships and grief/loss. He uses a compassionate, non-judgmental, and whole person orientation, along with his deep and extensive experience, to support his clients in moving towards improved mental health.

Nurse Practitioner
Candace Bentley is a nurse practitioner with experience working in multiple settings such as primary care and urgent care. Candace provides patient-centered care to people of all ages and uses clinical best practices to ensure great experiences and positive outcomes for her patients.
