Dr. Shannon Allen-Gryzwa, Medical Director
Dr. Shannon Allen-Gryzwa graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her family medicine residency there as well. She previously practiced as a family physician in Mukwonago for 23 years, with a special interest in health and wellness. She is passionate about using evidence-based medicine and best practices to provide excellent care to patients, especially those who have underlying chronic medical conditions. Dr. Allen-Gryzwa sees patients of all ages and can perform a full spectrum of procedures including routine dermatologic procedures, laceration repairs, joint injections, and more.

Outside of work, Dr. Allen-Gryzwa enjoys CrossFit and loves to hike and mountain bike with her husband and three boys.

Melissa Pestka, Nurse Practitioner, Health Center Manager
Melissa Pestka has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for eight years, specializing in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education. Nurse practitioners are distinguished from other healthcare professionals by their unique focus on the holistic health and well-being of the individual. Melissa’s approach is centered on holistic care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care by addressing not only their physical health but also their mental and spiritual well-being. In her practice, Melissa remains committed to her core values of kindness, compassion, respect, and attentiveness to patients’ concerns. Patients who visit her can expect a provider who listens carefully to their needs and offers personalized guidance to help them achieve their health goals.

Sarah Escareno, Nurse Practitioner
With over a decade of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Sarah has consistently found joy in connecting with new individuals and feels deeply honored to provide them with care. Her belief in the significance of teamwork in achieving healthcare goals drives her practice. She prioritizes treating others with unwavering respect and empathy, understanding the importance of addressing not only acute issues but also chronic conditions and factors that can significantly impact one’s health.
Sarah is currently at the Miller Health and Fitness Center on Tuesdays and sees patients of all ages.

Dave Heuer, MPT, CCI - Physical Therapist
Dave Heuer has 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, with a primary focus in adult orthopedics. Dave has been the primary physical therapist for Molson Coors in Milwaukee for over 19 years, since the opening of the State Street facility in August of 2005. Dave provides physical therapy services for corporate and brewery employees, and their eligible spouses and dependents.
Dave has a Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is also a Certified Clinical Instructor, which has allowed him to support students in furthering their training to become physical therapists.
Dave’s treatment approach uses biomechanical evaluation and manual correction to rehabilitate clients after traumatic injury or post-surgical intervention, and to alleviate chronic or acute conditions. He believes in using a hands-on approach and exercise to create a plan of care that ensure best outcomes and fits individual clients’ needs.
Dave’s treatment interventions include: Therapeutic Exercise and Activities, Manual Joint and Soft Tissue Mobilization, Gait and Agility Training, Balance and Proprioception Training, Correction of Benign Positional Vertigo, and modalities such as Interferential Current Electrical Stimulation and Ultrasound for assisting in pain management and abatement.

Anna Reynolds, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Counselor
Anna Reynolds is a licensed clinical social worker and behavioral health counselor. After completing her undergraduate degree at Carthage College, she went on to earn a Master of Social Work from Dominican University.
Anna has multiple years of experience working in mental health, serving in many roles including outpatient psychotherapy, case management, and integrated mental health. She enjoys being able to collaborate with providers as part of a patient’s care team.
Anna’s therapeutic approach is patient centered and she enjoys being able to create a non-judgmental space for patients to be authentically themselves. She has experience treating a variety of mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general life stressors.
Anna is excited to provide support, education, and awareness about mental health to the Molson Coors community.
