Primary care

We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health, including sick and preventive care and management of your conditions. Your primary care provider will get to know you so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. 

Our lifestyle medicine approach ensures we’re looking at the whole picture of what impacts your wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, stress, movement and more. We can encourage healthy habits to help you achieve sustainable wellness and go beyond simply treating the symptoms you bring with you to a single appointment.

Lab services

We offer many lab services to support your needs. We can perform onsite testing and can also collect and send samples to an offsite lab. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health account or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

We can perform and process the following onsite:

  • Glucose or lipid testing 
  • Rapid strep testing 
  • Flu testing 
  • Pregnancy testing 
  • Urine screenings 

Vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at Kite TCF05 Employee Health Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and community, including:
  • Influenza (Flu)
  • COVID-19
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tdap/Td (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis / Whooping Cough)

Occupational health

Keeping you safe at work is a top priority, which is why we offer a full suite of occupational health services. Your providers at Kite TCF05 Employee Health Center are here to treat work-related injuries and illnesses to help you get back to feeling well.

Our occupational health services are available for all Kite Pharmaceuticals employees and include injury diagnosis and treatment, emergency care services, Vision Testing Medical Surveillance, Respiratory Fit Medical Surveillance and return-to-work plans.

My Premise Health

Our secure member portal makes it easy to connect with your care team. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can schedule appointments, message your providers, view your lab results and more – anytime, anywhere.

Get the same great care by phone or video.

You can schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted care team during our regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit.

Premise Health is the organization that operates and staffs your health center. We are the nation’s leading provider of direct healthcare, which means we partner with companies to offer their employees high-quality in-person and virtual health services. We are here as your health ally to help you get, stay and be well. We do this with experience, and by shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, empowering you to make health and wellness a priority.

Members are what we call our patients. If your employer has partnered with Premise Health to provide access to our health centers and services, you’re automatically considered an eligible member. There is no membership fee to get started. It also reflects how much we value our care relationship with you, because to us, you’re more than just a patient – you’re a member.

The Kite TCF05 Employee Health Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of care management registered nurses and an injury prevention specialist. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Your health center is not staffed or managed by Kite Pharmaceuticals or their employees in any way. 

My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your healthcare experience by providing convenient access to schedule and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view your lab results, request medication refills and more.

All members who are employed by Kite Pharmaceuticals are eligible.
Cost for services vary based on type of services that are being rendered as well as which medical plan a member is enrolled in. Anthem PPO and EPO are responsible for a co-pay and Anthem PPO Saver is responsible for unmet deductible and co-insurance until OOPM is met.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the health center.

Yes, you may request any records be sent to another medical provider. If your community provider uses Epic (or My Chart) for their electronic health records (EHR), your records will be available via Epic’s Care Everywhere platform and vice versa.

You can easily schedule appointments through the My Premise Health mobile app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Once you create your account, sign in and select “Schedule an Appointment” and choose your appointment type.

In most cases, same-day appointments are available. Schedule online or call your health center to see if a same-day appointment is available.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Same-day appointments are typically available.

To meet virtually with one of the providers at your health center, you must first create an account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Log in and select “Schedule an appointment,” choose your appointment type and if prompted, select whether you’d like to be seen by phone or video. You can then follow the remaining prompts to complete your scheduling.

A virtual visit is just like an in-person appointment. You can discuss your medical needs with your provider, and they will diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.

Virtual visits are designed to treat your short-term needs and provide long-term preventive care with convenience and flexibility. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 as soon as possible to get the medical attention you need. 

Preventive care includes routine checkups and screenings that help you stay healthy in the long-term. These are visits you make when you’re feeling well to catch any health issues early or improve your wellbeing. This includes annual physicals, cancer screenings, vaccinations and more.

Non-preventive care, on the other hand, includes visits you schedule when you’re not feeling well. These are meant to address your symptoms to find out what’s wrong and get you back to feeling your best. Some examples include sick visits and treatment for issues like cold and flu, allergies, injuries and more.

Yes, your health center can perform blood draws and other lab tests ordered by an outside provider. All lab orders must be faxed or dropped off at the center to ensure we have the proper supplies for the required testing.

Lab services

To support your needs, we offer clinical lab services that include onsite testing and specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. Community Provider ordered lab results are sent directly to ordering provider. For Premise provider ordered labs you can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health patient portal or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your Premise Health provider.

We can perform and process the following lab tests onsite: glucose or lipid testing, rapid strep testing, influenza testing and urine pregnancy testing. We also offer COVID-19 testing available onsite at Kite TCF05 Employee Health Center. Our provider will have a kit available for you to self-test. Simply walk-in and request a test.

Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their wellness centers.

Members are what we call our patients who are eligible to use a wellness center operated by Premise Health. It’s not a membership that you have to pay for or apply to be a part of. You’re simply considered a member once your employer has partnered with us to provide your health and wellness services.

A wellness center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

Kite TCF05 Employee Health Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Your medical staff includes a combination of registered nurses and an injury Prevention Specialist. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care.
