Janelle Riley
Janelle Riley, Medical Director

Janelle Riley is Carpenters Wellness Center’s medical director. She graduated from the University of Missouri, completing her internship and residency training at Naval Hospital Bremerton in Washington State and has been a board-certified family medicine physician since 2016. In addition to her medical background, Dr. Riley completed a total of seven years of active-duty military service in the Navy prior to transitioning into the Navy Reserves. Over the years, Dr. Riley has practiced outpatient clinical medicine in a variety of settings and joined Premise Health just before the opening of the Carpenters Wellness Center. Her passion for care lies in finding ways to reduce the risk of disease before it starts. She enjoys seeing families and members of all age groups, as well as partnering with members to manage ongoing health conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. In her spare time, Dr. Riley enjoys fishing, boating, gardening, catching a sunrise and snuggling her pets.

Kimberly Behnke, Health Center Manager

Kim Behnke is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse and accomplished career spanning more than 20 years. A a registered nurse, Kim has dedicated 14 years to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit certified as RNC-NIC and 20 years to cardiology, specializing in heart failure and clinical research. Her wealth of knowledge and experience spans from home health and hospice care to interventional radiology, internal medicine and clinic management. Along with her extensive experience, Kim received certifications as an EMT and spent 14 years as a BLS instructor for healthcare providers. She also holds FEMA certifications and completed humanitarian field response training. Dedicated to giving back, Kim is deeply involved in mission work, having recently served in impoverished communities in Nicaragua to provide medical care and assist with building houses for those in need. Outside of work, Kim and her husband are active in their local church and enjoy an adventurous lifestyle together with their two grown children and two grandchildren.

Jeremy Bullimore, Chiropractor

Dr. Jeremy Bullimore is a seasoned chiropractor who specializes in movement enhancement rehab services, placing a strong focus on providing chiropractic care that promotes optimal movement. With over 16 years of experience in both private practice and onsite health clinics, Dr. Bullimore has been trained in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) systems, acquired expertise in Kinesio-taping and received training from the Postural Restoration Institute. He earned his doctorate degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2008 and is board certified from the State of Missouri in Meridian Therapy, acupressure and acupuncture with one area of expertise being dry needling therapy. When he isn’t working, Dr. Bullimore enjoys fishing, hiking, running, yoga and traveling. He’s also a huge sports fan and loves cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, Kansas Jayhawks and Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Jesse Sieve, Behavioral Health Therapist

Jessie Sieve is a clinically licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in the field for close to 20 years. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in family studies and human services from Kansas State University, and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, which he earned from Friends University. Jesse’s professional journey has been guided by a profound commitment to facilitating positive change in individuals and couples. His passion for his work stems from a deep drive to fostering meaningful connections and promoting emotional healing. He strives to create a safe and supportive environment where members can explore their experiences, gain insight into their emotions and work toward personal growth. When he isn’t working, Jesse enjoys going go concerts, cheering on the Chiefs and Royals and spending time with family and friends.

Nicole Williams
Nicole Williams, Medical Assistant

Nicole Williams has been a registered medical assistant for 28 years, having graduated from Tad Technical Institute in 1997 where she completed her medical assistant training. Over the years, she has worked in family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN and urgent care. She has assisted physicians with a range of procedures from triage and vitals to injections, point-of-care testing, phlebotomy and more. With a heart of gold, she loves to care for her members and family. When she isn’t working, Nicole enjoys walking, cooking, shopping, playing kickball and relaxing with her family.

Evelyn Austin
Evelyn Austin, Radiologic Technologist

Evelyn Austin is a Radiologic Technologist, board certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). She has over 30 years of experience in the field, having worked in internal medicine, occupational medicine and a Level II Trauma Center. In addition to this expertise, Evelyn was trained as a medical assistant, helping physicians train patients on how to use durable medical equipment, give injections, perform drug and breath alcohol screenings and more. She is a compassionate provider with a passion for providing excellent care while assisting physicians in their endeavors to educate members about wellness and medical conditions so they can live healthier lives. When she isn’t working, Evelyn can be found spending time with her family, getting outdoors, cooking and baking and dedicating time to her hobbies, which include traveling and sewing quilts.
