Your primary care provider will get to know you, so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. The best part? TRAVEL MEDICINE
At the Premise Health Center we offer we offer travel medicine services to not only help you plan for your trip, but to keep you well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.
Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral.
VACCINES
Vaccines are an essential part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to vaccinations at the Premise Health Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk-in to get your vaccines administered by your provider.
We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella
and Zoster.

With our virtual services, it’s easier than ever to get the care you need.
You can get the same great care you receive at your wellness center, virtually, either online or over the phone.
This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with a trusted provider during the center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go!

We are dedicated to delivering an effortless member experience, lower costs and convenient access to quality care for you.
The Premise Health Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurse practioners, medical assistants, registered dietitians. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Premise Health Center is not staffed or managed by Johnson & Johnson or their employees in any way.
While you are not required to use the center, it is offered as a convenient benefit to all Johnson & Johnson employees. You can also easily connect your Premise Health Center provider with your existing offsite providers and specialists.
All eligible Johnson & Johnson employees are welcome to use the Premise Health Center.
Fees depend on your plan, but they will likely be lower than a traditional, community-based healthcare provider.

Rest assured, your personal health information is confidential and secure. Employee Health Center operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect your data and health records. Also, your personal information and health records are not shared with your employer without your permission. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the center.
The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.
You can also call (908) 927-7209 or visit during regular center hours to make an appointment.
While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
