Physical Therapy

You don’t have to live with pain and discomfort. Our physical therapists are dedicated to treating you as a whole and working in tandem with your primary care provider to take your specific health needs and conditions into account. They’ll get to the root cause of your injury and work with you to prevent future injuries, so you can get back to moving with ease.

We offer a full range of services, in-person or virtually, that include on-the-job injury prevention and treatment, therapeutic exercise and conditioning, pre- and post-operation rehabilitation, ergonomics evaluations onsite or virtually, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and health management and awareness education.

TRAVEL MEDICINE

At the Vision Employee Health Center we offer travel medicine services to not only help you plan for your trip, but to keep you well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral.

VACCINES

Vaccines are an essential part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to vaccinations at the Vision Employee Health Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk-in to get your vaccines administered by your provider.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella and Zoster.

Lab Services

To better support your needs, we offer clinical laboratory services that include onsite testing, as well as specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. Results can be sent to you electronically through the My Premise Health patient portal or discussed with your provider in a follow-up appointment, in-person or virtually.

Lab tests that we can perform, and process onsite include glucose or lipid testing, rapid strep testing, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings, H-pylori testing. 

*Turnaround time for results is subject to national trends and case surges.

NUTRITION

Eating well helps treat existing conditions and decrease future risk, as well as improves overall wellbeing. At the Vision Health Center our registered our registered dietitians use medical nutrition therapy to help treat a range of conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, as well as many digestive disorders and weight-related issues. They will tailor your nutrition counseling to meet your unique needs and lifestyle with personalized action plans, based on your risk factors and family history.

Our registered dietitians can provide advice and ongoing education, in-person or virtually through one-on-one tailored sessions and individual nutrition assessments, group nutrition classes, lunch and learns, health fairs, seminars, podcasts, self-guided nutrition tools and virtual dietitian guided appointments to give you a new appreciation for healthy food, and in turn, improve your overall health.

With our virtual services, it’s easier than ever to get the care you need.

You can get the same great care you receive at your wellness center, virtually, either online or over the phone.

This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with a trusted provider during the center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go!

We have cared for thousands of people, serving some of the nation’s top companies at more than 800 locations and over 4,800 team members. We are dedicated to delivering an effortless member experience, lower costs and convenient access to quality care for you.

The Vision Employee Health Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, medical assistants, and registered dietitians. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Employee Health Center is not staffed or managed by Johnson & Johnson or their employees in any way.

While you are not required to use the center, it is offered as a convenient benefit to all Johnson & Johnson employees. You can also easily connect your Vision Employee Health Center provider with your existing offsite providers and specialists.

All eligible J&J employees are welcome to use the Health Center.

Fees depend on your plan, but they will likely be lower than a traditional, community-based healthcare provider.

Rest assured, your personal health information is confidential and secure. Vision Employee Health Center operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect your data and health records. Also, your personal information and health records are not shared with your employer without your permission. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the center.

The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

Due to COVID-19 walk-ins are not currently accepted. The preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time and same-day appointments are typically available.
